5013 Coffee Heath — Restaurant in Heath

So glad they opened! We’ll be regulars here, definitely won’t have to be running to Starbucks anymore.

I had the Biscuit Bowl. It seemed like a homemade biscuit topped with some delicious gravy, eggs and bacon. They had the nut milks I usually get for my latte and we’re super fast delivering it straight to our table!! We didn’t even have to go up to the counter to get it!

Hubby got the bagel and cream cheese woth the Stars and Stripes coffe which had FOUR SHOTS of espresso. He said it was super good.

Kiddo got the granola and milk. It was like super high quality, healthy cereal.

We all shared a homemade coffee cake but had a hard time choosing between that and the muffins. They looked so delicious, soft and moist 🤤 we decided to come back tomorrow and taste those.

Also someone at another table had the double biscuits and gravy and we’ll probably try that as a fam tomorrow too.

Overall the coffee was super good as well. Nice and fresh and not burnt.

My fave part though was that the establishment completely aligned with my values. Their decor is all about sporting the American flag and patriotism. The pledge of allegiance is on the wall prominently displayed. There’s even a Bible in the corner with an invitation to highlight your fave verse. ❤️

Five stars. Highly recommend! Will be back several...

5013 Coffee in Heath is one of our favorites. We love their downtown Rockwall location too, but this Heath spot is the original and it has such a great vibe. The space is cozy and welcoming with comfortable lounge chairs, plenty of seating for coffee meetings, and little board games for families and friends who want to sit and stay a while. It has this fun, patriotic charm that feels like hanging out at your Granny’s house, just without any of the weird old-house smells.

My go-to drink is the All American and it never disappoints. The seasonal menu is always well thought out and creative, and I love seeing what they come up with. The peach loaf is one of my absolute favorites, and the jalapeño biscuits are incredible too. My only wish is that they offered butter for the biscuits so I wouldn’t always need to grab them to go.

I haven’t tried the larger breakfast and lunch items yet, but I plan to because the menu looks amazing. The staff is always friendly, and the atmosphere makes it easy to relax, meet a friend, or bring your family and stay for a bit. There’s just something special about this location.

I stopped by 5013 Coffee in Rockwall for the first time and was immediately welcomed by an incredibly warm and inviting staff. They took their time helping me with recommendations since I was new to the place, which really made the experience stand out.

I decided to try the Cozy Christmas Coffee, one of their holiday specialties, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and full of festive flavor. I even grabbed another drink for a coworker who lives in the area and had never heard of them (she’s a fan now too!).

The atmosphere inside is bright, homey, and peaceful—exactly the kind of spot that makes you want to stay awhile, sip your drink, and just relax. I actually enjoyed it so much that I had to stop by one more time before leaving town on Friday morning.

Whether you’re local or just visiting Rockwall, this is definitely a coffee spot worth...
