I had the pleasure of trying the birria pizza and al pastor tacos, and let me just say—this was a game-changer!

The birria pizza was absolutely incredible. The crispy, cheesy crust was loaded with tender, flavorful birria, and the consommé on the side took it to another level. Every bite was a perfect mix of crispy, juicy, and cheesy goodness.

The al pastor tacos were just as impressive. The meat was perfectly marinated and tender. Topped with fresh pineapple, onions, and cilantro, each taco was a burst of flavor in every bite.

Not only was the food top-tier, but the service and atmosphere were just as great. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant had a lively, welcoming vibe that made the whole experience even better.

If you’re a fan of birria or al pastor, this spot is a must-visit. Can’t wait...

Ordered the loaded nachos. The ground beef hadn't been drained. My food and chips were soaked in hamburger meat fat. My plate was literally full of very visible grease covering the entire bottom of my food and plate. It was really disgusting and was unfit to eat. I left hungry and couldn't eat my food. Brought it to the attention of the waitress. She said, "Yuck, it's been a problem for others as well. She grabbed my plate and placed it on a bus boy type cart (trash), then walked away. There was no offer for a better plate or alternate plate of food. My husband ordered a burrito. Our bill for the two was VERY expensive. It's not a reasonably price place to eat. Will NEVER return to this place or suggest it to others. If this places management, would like to reach out to me I'm on facebook ...

El Vallarta Grill is hands down the best place to go for true authentic Mexican and 100% best tacos in the state of Arkansas! Also it’s one of the few Mexican restaurants I know that has its own style and doesn’t taste like all the other places with the traditional menu of enchiladas, chimichangas, chalupas, taco salad, etc. It doesn’t matter what you order on the menu here, just try them out once and you’ll be hooked forever and wanting to stop every chance you get. Some of my favorites dishes are the birria tacos, El Trompito/al pastor, Mahi tacos, loaded shrimp fries, Parillada, and the Tacos de Tuetano featuring bone marrow are out of this world! The owner is also one of the best humans beings on this earth I know. Love everything about El...

Menu options were not just your average Mexican food choices. They offered some items we'd never seen before. I don't think this is anything other than authentic Mexican food! We tried the El Trompito & Birria Quesadilla. Both were very good even if we had nothing to compare it to previously. The presentation on our plates was great. We both agreed that their refried beans were the best we ever had anywhere. Would love to be locals so we could try more of their items. The one thing we didn't know was that we could order drinks. We thought it was a dry county. Another customer said that a "damp" County allows sales through club licenses any day of the week-we were there on Sunday. Sales of packaged alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the county.

The best Mexican food in Heber Springs! It looked so good that I started eating, and almost forgot to take pictures. We had carne asada tacos, shrimp tacos, mahi mahi tacos, and birria tacos. All the dishes were cooked perfectly and had such a traditional flavor. The service was a little slow on refilling drinks, but the food was fast and delicious. The owner served and talked to us multiple times. You can tell the passion he and his team puts into their restaurant. El Vallarta Grill is truly a hidden gem in Heber Springs.
