Blue Bison — Restaurant in Hebron

Hebron is a small community, and while there are limited places to dine, Blue Bison did not disappoint. It all in the details. When I walked it, the speaker was playing a Spotify playlist that no lie had three obscure songs back-to-back from one of my playlists. I was greeted by the owner and felt at home. I saw others come in who I know are regulars because the team knew their names and coffee orders. The owner brewed decaf special for me, and the muffin I had was a delight. The people are super nice and the food really good. As a matter of fact, when a misunderstanding in the order ended with my getting something I didn't ask for, they offered to comp the lunch. We stopped by Blue Bison why driving through and had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere and vibe is outstanding. The Blue Bison has recently opened and it is such a gem for this small town. I had a latte that was to die for and I’m trying to find excuses to drive the hour and half trip back to get another one. My husband enjoyed his ice cream.
