Prima Pizzeria Restaurant — Restaurant in Hegins Township

I'm torn, the food is really good with great prices. But the service is horrible. They don't have menus, as they choose not to order them, so you have to assume how things are made. If you try to order a cheesesteak for instance, and say without tomatoes you will be berated, yelled at, and talked to like you're an idiot. After you say, Ok Let me try this and say in the garden without tomato, and you are still treated rudely as if you are wasting their time. I shouldn't really say"their" though since I only seen to have issues when I call and a woman answers. I still order, and try to change the way I order each time to suit her, and inevitably I am talked to like a second class citizen each time. It takes everything in me to bite my tongue and continue to try to smile through my teeth. I couldn't imagine treating anyone like this let alone a paying customer. Solution, get some menus and maybe we both wouldn't end up so...

What a fantastic dining establishment! I got lunch from here and it's some of the tastiest food I've had in a while 🍕. What really stood out was the service, the people working today really went above and beyond, especially the gentleman with the greyish hair and glasses. He helped my elderly grandmother get around the restaraunt and also made a charitable donation to my little sisters girl scout troop while we also making some incredible food. Decided to try this place for the first time. Pulled up and the signs were all fallen over and falling off. The inside was an absolute mess and the place looked extremely dirty. The lighting was dim and the atmosphere feels like you're ordering pizza in your drunk uncle's basement. It was hot inside and the food case at the front had the doors wide open.
