Having been here many times the 1 star review below reeks of a plant, a hoax or plain lying.

Yes, everyone here is friendly and yes, it is loaded with locals. Those 2 facts alone speak well of any place. The meals are all reasonably priced and all very well made. My wife is a quesadilla nut and she claims their steak one is the best she has had. My daughter and I like fish and chips and their Friday fish fry can't be beat. No, it is not English style (in that it is a greasy batter) and I find it superior. It has a light degree of crunch but yet is not hard, it stays on the fish and the fish is always a nice thick cut. What's more on Friday it's all you can eat, so get Homer and go.

Finally they have a million flavors of Leibys ice cream as well as soft serve, and the prices for that as well is lower than most places charge. I understand (but have not used it) that they also have free wifi. Hey, we've even seen Carson Kressley there, so if it's OK for him, it's OK for you. Husband's Been ordering a custom Stromboli for months & months. He drives 45mins to pick it up for take out. It's been the same cook who knows it's his unique Stromboli, nice guy. Tonight, Katie's completely gave him the wrong Stromboli, it's an all Veggie Stromboli. Nothing right about it. Honestly, other than that unique Stromboli, our whole family not impressed by the rest of the menu, it's fair. He called & Owner or Manager, says come back & was rude. No, not driving 45 minutes back. Can't even apologize! Someone got husbands unique Stromboli. Good customer service is to give a credit for his next Stromboli!!!! I was served a soft ice cream cone that was leaning. I asked for a bowl. The young lady serving me said she would have to charge me $.60 . A man came to the window and curtly told me that someone has to pay for them. He would rather waste the ice cream then have me turn my cone upside down in a bowl?? I was reluctantly given a bowl. I asked if I could have a spoon, or if I was being charged for one . An honest question considering this man wanted to charge me, I’ll say it again —- $.60 for a small styrofoam bowl! He told me not to be smart. That man was so exceedingly rude and sharp to me. I did mutter under my breath and said never again…. I was told to never come back….
