Hardee’s — Restaurant in Hemingway

Each & just about Every time is gonna differ when it comes to this fast food restaurant in particular!! The Service is always real IFFY-like & full of weave wearing musky Lil bad attitudes a Majority of the time! the food is where a sort of a "Hit or Miss" part plays its Biggest role at!! u may be satisfied one day, & then the next time u decide on eating/ordering food from here there's a good chance that u may not be as satisfied as u was The time before! sometimes the fries are hot & fresh but a majority of the time they're cold, tasteless & unsalted! 🥴🥴 the biscuits at breakfast time are about the same, old cold & at various times Hard especially the outsides on the biscuits themselves! & the fried chicken is really good at times but then there's other times where it's like they'd cooked the pieces of chicken yesterday & have just had it sitting up under a lamp or something keeping it barely warm but just warm enough as to where they don't gotta warm it up themselves again or anymore. & there's been some times where it seemed as though they'd refried the chicken more than just once... Like hard down steady tossing it back & forth between the grease & under the lamp shade, just back & forth; back & forth. It all just depends! & what it depends on is something I have yet to be able to figure out..as in u might be satisfied one day & then the next time u decide to order food from here then there's always that unfortunate chance of u not being satisfied! the service is ok...really all depends on who is working, & etc. The Older Ladies that work here seem to ALWAYS make The literal✨BEST✨Strawberry Milkshakes🍓🥤!! so SHOUT-OUT to Them cause they be on point & right on time with em' EVERY TIME!! They KNOW What TF they doing when it comes to working the milkshake...

If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst experience ever at any Hardee’s franchise I’ve ever encountered!! Ordered through the mobile app pulled up through the drive thru and was told to pull up the lady at the window was very rude and acted like it was a problem to serve us. Was told to pull up and park which we did. Sat in the parking lot for an entire hour before anyone even came to speak to us. When the manager came to the car she was angry and had an awful attitude ,asking us what we ordered and when told what was ordered she acted like she had zero idea of what we was talking about! She said she’d be back we waited another 15 minutes before being forced to walk inside to see what was going on with our order. The order was just sitting on the counter! All the food was cold and mushy including our tenders when touched all the breading comes off completely! I will never ever go back to any Hardee’s again a waste of our...

Started off with a busy drive through, no big deal. Nobody can control that. The lady at the drive through window didn't speak to me for atleast 10 minutes upon being at the speaker. Once taking my order, struggled to understand a #9 and a #12 meal with 2 Lg drinks and a 5 pc tender. Never gave me a total, and we sat there in silence. After sitting in silence for 5 minutes, we pulled to the window. They gave us a total, handed us 3 drinks, which were not ordered, and gave us a bag with random food that was not ordered. Once telling the female at the window that its not what we ordered, they attempted to fix it but still got it wrong. I had asked for a refund, and the employees gave us nothing but attitude.After several minutes, a refund was issued and we took that money and went to the BK across the street where the service was excellent. Don't waste your time here, and just go to the BK...
