Absolutely terrible service, called in a small order on 3/10/18 at 620pm and the phone rang for 5 minutes, someone answered then hung up immediately. I called back a couple minutes later, placed my order was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. I go through the drive through and there's one car ahead of me, the girl working sees me. Then the car pulls off and I pull up to the window, I sit there 10 minutes waiting all while seeing my order sit on the counter, both of the girls working look at the drive through window and see me during this time. One of them going outside and chats and kisses on her boyfriend that parked outside.. she then goes inside, I call and ask what I have to do to get the food Ive seen while they are going in and out of the building right beside the drive thru, they tell me over the phone they can't take orders over the phone, I told them I called my order in and that they had both acknowledged me sitting there, the lady then tells me to back up over the buzzer and pull back up to the window. First of all this place is more than just ice cream, but I find that if you go with more than just ice cream, you cannot get the ice cream! I have a great little menu the burgers are nice they have a juicy Lucy which is a burger stuffed with cheese how can you go wrong with that? But the shakes are where it’s at. They have what they call extreme shakes, and they come with just about anything in them. Go ahead and look at them online before you get there so you can try to make a decision, I don’t be afraid to ask for something different.
