Bodega Market Luncheria & Groceries — Restaurant in Henderson

Well unfortunately I have to do this.... So I decided to try out a new place that I had never eaten... So to keep it simple I ordered two shredded chicken tacos and two ground beef tacos.. my first trip there I got my food ordered it to go drove one block down the road pulled over and decided to try them.. I tried the chicken first it had great flavor but literally was refrigerator cold 😳 then I tried the ground beef it was also cold but more like room temperature and was not good.. so I decided to go back the gentleman at the desk opened the taco and felt it and seen it was refrigerated cold he looked up at me and said how long ago did you get this I looked at the lady that took my order and said I've probably been gone what 3 minutes she said yes they went back and remade it.. the chicken this time was hot but can definitely tell it was microwaved and the ground beef was probably the worst ground beef taco I've ever had to be honest it was super overcooked dry and big chunks of meat.. so I'm going to give them a one out of five and they one only because they attempted to fix it.. I personally won't go back I see why they've been in business 2 years and I've never heard of them🤷 UPDATE SINCE THE RESPONSE FROM THE RESTAURANT... I am a local resident and was born here... To be fair if this is the gentleman that I spoke to when I came back then you know as well as I do when you felt the chicken in the taco it was refrigerated you can't deny that.. so regardless of how many good reviews you have my experience was not anything like that and you witnessed it.. it's not like I'm making it up I have photo evidence and you know as well as I do that I'm telling the truth.. it's okay to drop the ball it happens in the restaurant industry.. I have myself been in the restaurant industry for over 23 years then everything from a sous chef to a chef to a general manager my reviews from an experienced foodie's knowledge ... This wasn't a personal attack it's just like my other reviews it's nothing more than the truth.. I give very fair reviews and I stand on that ... Before I write this I have to say- my bf and I got together over a piece of Tres Leches cake and until now have yet to find a piece around here similar in taste to those we used to get in California. There's been good Tres Leches around the area but they're too too sweet. Of course, I said, until now. Bodega, your Tres Leches is absolutely perfection.
