Fazoli's — Restaurant in Henderson

My girlfriend and I came to fazolis on 192 N. Gardenmile road after i worked a LONG 12 hr shift, I really just wanted to get my food and go, we ordered online so it would be ready.

We get to the window some Caucasian girl had earbuds on just dancing away, while we sit at the window, some guy at the counter and another girl who came in an I seen smoke come out her mouth like a DRAGON,

They all was just doing whatever, meanwhile we sit waiting on our food, next thing u know the Caucasian girl looked out the window and stared,then the other girl, then the guy, then they all just kinda walked away.

we sit for a while still waiting, then decide to pull forward so I can go to the door.

it was locked, so we called.

they answered and we told them we had been waiting for our food, we pulled back around to the window, those same girls was just looking, until one of the girls FINALLY opened the window an I told her what we ordered and how, they acted like they didn't know, then walk away again,

They came BACK and then conformed the order and said someone was making it THEN, so we waited some more, and FINALLY Got our food one girl named what we had.

the Caucasian girl seemed to have a slight attitude idky, but she handed us our order and I asked her, " do u think u could throw a few extra bread sticks in for the trouble/wait, the Caucasian girl was about to say NO until she said well lemme go ask, she came back and said, "there's some in the bag, so I said, "alright", and she just stared us down and I drove off,

we get back to our house and there was only 4 breadsticks TOTAL!! Nobody even asked us: " how many I help you?" or ANYTHING, the customer service was TRASH and to me it makes the food bad because i believe energy goes into your food, I'll never go there again if those people...

This place is awesome. I have never been disappointed when going to Fazolis. I don't know if I have Italian in my blood line or not but I do love some Italian food. This is as good as it gets without having the real deal . Fazolis is one of the best places as far as fast food goes . The food is always fresh and hot . The employees are great I've only had one incident at Fazolis, and it was the shortage of the bread sticks. We were ,( myself and two others) ordered our meal assuming we'd get our two bread sticks a piece. unfortunately that's not how it went. We got home to find we were short 2 bread sticks which wasn't a huge deal but we did pay for them and we love the bread sticks . I thought the lasagna was a little bland but I'm used to the real home made deal . So , I just feel it needs a bit of season and meat. I had the spicy sausage penne a few days ago and it was on FIRE it was so good . The fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli..that's my fav. I have to talk myself into trying something else. I can say the baked spaghetti is so good . When the have the Alfredo, last couple of times Ive been told they're out of it. So I've gotten something else . Hey, Trying something new is a good thing for me . I've always been afraid to try new things. That's how I found out I didn't like okra , asparagus, celery and omg ,homony . What is that stuff anyway . It even looks weird. Something that doesn't do weird a Fazolis pizza. When I first saw them , I thought wow they carry pizza . I'm a pizza lover to the point if someone messes up my pizza ,I probably won't talk to that person for a few . And if their pizza is not any good I just won't buy from them again. Anyway , this Fazolis pizza through me . It was a really good pizza also. Over al,l I Love Fazolis...

Avoid at all cost. Went there tonight November 8,2022. 7:30 pm. Ordered $40.00 worth of food and one being a family meal. All 3 FAMILY size sauces, 1 meat sauce and 2 alfredo all 3 are ICE COLD and filled not even half full. Out of all 3 containers these combined would fill ONE family size saice so I was ripped off of 2 family size sauces at the cost of 10 dollars! This meal came with 2 large round containers of noodles and out of all 3 sauces this was not enough to cover even 1 container of noodles. This is a joke. Do not spend your money here. Prices for what I was served are ridiculous. I have attached pictures. As you can see the sauce containers but not the ice cold sauce inside. Also 7 pm at night they have a recording at the drive thru saying they are closed and to come back during normal business hours. This is in hopes people drive off. I however pulled around and went inside to see why there sign says open until 10 pm and they say there drive thru is messed up since the tome change…..3 days ago. I wonder how many customers they have lost due to this. Probably a good thing seeing what i received. I wish i would have drove...
