Been here multiple times. The young lady on the window is absolutely miserable and is the reason for the 1 star review. If I could give service a zero, I would. Horrible attitude and she has been the one we have dealt with every time we have come to this DD. Her attitude is so noticeable, even our children made a comment. She made a mistake on the coffee and handed it through the window without saying a word, just held it there without looking at us, without a word and a complete look of disgust on her face. She passed everything else through the window without saying a word. Don't get me started with how she takes your order. It is an absolute turn off going to this location because of this woman. I have to tell you, I never leave nasty reviews. I get bad days, hard times, and having compassion. This attitude is consistent now with multiple trips through this location's drive thru and it goes beyond a bad day. I hope she heals from whatever is causing such strife but as far as management goes, her place is not with dealing...

Don't go unless you want to spend 45 minutes in line. I ordered at the speaker at 12:21, after pulling in at noon, and didn't pull away until 12:38. My drinks sat on the counter getting watered down for 5 minutes bc the girl at the window walked away. That place had MORE THAN ENOUGH people that the owners should find that unacceptable. I had a sit down breakfast yday that didn't take that long or cost that much and the waitress was pleasant, unlike the girl at the window. They'd be better off firing everyone and starting from scratch bc the people they have now don't have a clue how to make coffee or do it with a smile. They must've forgot they can get tipped for...

Today I ordered a non sweet machia iced tea at drive thru window waited 10 to 15 mins with only 3 cars in front of me..They gave me the wrong order an iced coffee however they were quick to give me my correct order..or so I thought!! Drove off 10 minutes latier back on highway i discover they gave me a sweeted iced machia tea and after 2 sips it was gone!! The container was all ice!! The donut i ordered for my guest tasted of old greasy oil..unateable!! Due to my timeframe I was unable to turn around and go back..To ask for a refund nor did i have a receipt of course one of the few times i paid with cash.. Won't be going back there is...
