McDonald's — Restaurant in Hereford

If I could give it a negative I would. Visited from out of town and wanted to stop by to get our son a happy meal. Needless to say it was a horrible mistake we lasted in line at least 30 minutes just to order and there was only about 3 cars in front of us when we arrived at the first window no one was there so my husband moved to the 2nd window we saw and counted about 8 employee’s just walking around getting drinks eating fries finally after 18 minutes someone came to the window asked what we had ordered and closed the window 5 minutes later a lady came to the window charged us and put our order together and gave it to us. I recorded a video of the long wait in all about an hour for a dam happy meal and I thought I had seen bad in other cities but this is by far the worse McDonald’s ever. From management down to the employees it’s just all the worse service ever. Never going...

I came in about 8 pm to get a happy meal. At that time there were no other customers in line. There were at least ten employees behind the counter but yet I stood and waited for 5 minutes to place my order. this wouldn't be a problem except they were just playing and visiting. while the drive up was getting most of the attention I stood for 15 minutes for a single and package of cookies. Finally an employee saw me and asked for my ticket number and I quickly made the Happy Meal. Even after this, they left the fries out of the Happy meal. It truly looked like the employees didn't care about their job or the service they were giving. I was offered an extra cookie for having to wait so long... I did see a number of Happy meals exit the window while I weighted. I was not impressed. The soft drink despensor area was very messy....

This McD's is a prime example of poor management and laziness! They do not let you order at the register, you have to order from the kiosk. They want you to put in your own order, and expect us to know we have to put the sauces in the order or pay .25¢ EACH sauce after we ask for it when we get our meal! They want us to order from kiosk inside, but yet when we go thru drive-thru the employee doesn't even know how to put in the order! The management at this location is not good because if they were paying attention to how many people have left upset not knowing how to use the kiosk they would do something different. People not knowing how to do the kiosk is all ages!! People in drive-thru is a different story-they're suppose to have trained employees on how to and they still don't know how to....and they expect people to...
