Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hermon

After years of garbage service I have to tell you that this dunkin restaurant is a waste of money, time and your positive attitude. They hire so many new people all the time that it's now known that your going to get missing items or screw up simple orders just because "the hire are new". If you can read then you can at least account for what your supposed to get when you do a mobile order but this store takes it to another level. They argue with you when you get the wrong items, present the phone order to therm and its like deer in the headlights. They just dont get it. On my latest AND last visit, I was given a donut instead of a coffee-cake muffin. I tell the new hire that you gave me the wrong item and I ordered a muffin but he literally calls out to his mates "do we sell coffee-cake muffins!" I'm like is this guy actually doing this; then leaves his post and someone else gives me the correct order but says "I'm sorry we are new here. Have a happy holiday but in your case don't!" Who do they think they are! It's time to report them to corporate. I don't deserve this garbage attitude from this licensed dunkin and I'll do whatever it takes to get it revoked. You don't treat...

This place has gone down hill! Let’s just say the manager Nadine, and Jadzia at this Dunkin’ is absolutely mean to people with disabilities, and yells at them for doing something wrong, and tells them they should know what they are doing, when they’ve only been showed a few times. I work at Dunkin’ myself, and it’s a lot to learn, and takes way more than once or twice to be shown something. There is no need for them to be like that. She is disrespectful, and there is absolutely no need for her to be like that. People have disabilities, and they can care less whose feelings they are hurting. Some of the staff can not make change. Give them credit card or use your phone. But DO not give them cash. Popular with Hermon high school kids. Been here many times over last few days. Now, they know us, I like the shift manager. Did I mention that they have nice chairs in this place. Real nice, like the other coffee shop that I don't name here.
