McDonald's — Restaurant in Hertford

When it's the only place open and we go there, i always wish we chose making sandwiches at home instead. We have given them chances for 8 years now. Orders are incorrect 9 of 10 times. I have no clue why i even bother. Very few staff members are friendly or customer oriented. No phone or drive thru etiquette, equipment out of order, food runs out, the females consistently have extreme amounts of hair exposed in the food areas. That's 100% of the time, not only when we go, but as we drive by, and others complain about it, too. It attracts loud, unpleasant, foul-launguage clients, so forget eating inside if you're not looking for a ghetto night club environment. Staff attitudes are dispicable, as if they're being bothered by customer presence. There are a few exceptions, VERY few. The food is thrown together sloppily, the attitudes are obvious by what they produce. The original McDonald's pride and service was never present at this location. Once people start having standards, this place will close. The poor manager talks to herself because no one respects her, they literally ignore her and roll their eyes anytime she opens her mouth. Get her outta there! Save her, put her some place worthy of her desire to do a good job. I'm done. Will never give them another dollar. For places like this, there should be a zero...

I must review this McDonald's..it was the worst and I'm not being mean..they need people in there that actually wanna work and care Bout the food they serve..this was the second time going there coming thru to hertford..figured maybe the first experience was a fluke..NOT! on arriving at the drive thru window no one was inside..they were gathered outside smoking cigarettes and gathered at the managers car as she sat in the driver's seat..Noone that worked that evening cared about nothing..we ordered 2 large mcrib combos and a happy meal..( WHICH WE ALL KNOW FAST FOODS NOT CHEAP ANYMORE )..left the winow..stop in lot to eat..the mcribs were still refrigerator cold..the fries were raw..li k e they dipped em and pulled em up to hurry and get rid of us..then when we pull back around we inconvenienced them lol..I Sk to speak to the manager..whi h they motioned for her to come in from her car..the worst EVER! they truly need to start ALL OVER AT THIS MCDONALDS..as we sat there waiting looking inside the restaurant it was dirty..trash on tables floors..NEVER WILL WE EVER GO HERE AGAIN! seriously a health risk..with all the smoking and in...

Their menu is more limited in certain foods than other McD's. The drive-thru is slow, & their employees have poor attitudes.

I took my granddaughter for a quick bite before her ballgame. This was the first time I'd been back to this McDonald's in a long time. Unfortunately, nothing has changed at this location. The employee taking the drive-thru orders was pleasant, but the pick-up window wasn't. The woman was so busy talking to someone inside, all she did was stick her arm out the window with the food while she continued turning her head to talk to the other person inside. Our order was a mess; they left out the dipping sauce, no napkins, & the burgers were just thrown into the bag without the wrappers folded around them. The food was barely warm, & the burgers were a smashed, thrown-together sloppy mess.

I don't know why employees at this particular McDs always have such bad attitudes, & don't seem to care about the quality of service or the food. Maybe it's management, or maybe the employees just don't care. Either way, I try to avoid going...
