The coffee is a hit or miss depending on what you get and who is making the drinks. The owners are always nice and give good customer service but the employee I had today was very rude and has been to me the past few times I have came to this shop. The lady took my order outside in the drive through where She couldn't tell me any of the drinks for fall and just said "idk, whatever you want " with rude attitude. after asking what they had for pumpkin. I told her I wanted one on their Instagram and I'd show her but my phone was gonna die and she still said, " yeah idk". She then offered me something totally different , I had to pry it out of her to just make me something with pumpkin then proceeded to tell me it was gonna cost 50 cents extra for it to be blended and 50 cents extra for whip. I told her I'm good on the whip but I'd like it blended I asked for the total price to which she told me it would be $6.50 I told her that's fine. Got up to the window where I got told by one of the owners that it was $8! I told them I got told only 50 cents extra they told me no and told me it was extra for the pumpkin, extra for the blended drink extra for something else and extra for the cold foam (the cold foam that I did not ask for) I told them the lady I ordered with only told me it would be $6.50 he then told me I could get something else.. prices shouldn't jump like that, there definitely should be some type of information that pretty much everything you get in your drink besides the coffee it's self is extra on top of the price of the cup size. What should have been a $6.50 coffee told to me from the employee I ordered from went to $8.75 with tax At the window! For one coffee I feel that is pretty pricey even for a family owned shop. And no employees should be giving rude looks and rude attitude for just ordering one drink. I like their coffee but it's not worth the rollercoaster experience. I hope they can work on learning what they have for their seasonal menu and refer to everyone that it will be extra for everything in the drink aside from just the...
Read moreI absolutely LOVE their coffee and NEVER had issues besides the wait time but today was definitely a HORRIBLE experience! I went to get the Deal of the Day and paid with gift cards. The friendly employee didn't know how to use the gift cards as a form of payment, so he asked the owner (girl). She immediately flipped out on him and told him he shouldn't be taking gift cards as a form of payment for the Deal of the Day. (Keep in mind these cards were paid for with cash prior). She went on and on for like 2 minutes over why he shouldn't have done that. Over why you can't use a deal to pay for another deal. It was quite embarrassing and I felt bad for the boy. First of all how unprofessional, she could've waited until I left or talked to him in private, 2nd of all I didn't know gift cards had a...
Read moreCozy coffee is AMAZING. The employees are so friendly and genuinely care about how your day is going. The customer service is OUTSTANDING! The owners spend a lot of time there, and even work shifts themselves. That says a lot about a small business. It’s an extremely busy little place, and sometimes the wait time is a little longer. This is because it’s EXTREMELY BUSY and they are serving many customers with the best customer service possible. They have NEVER messed up my order, and the coffee is always so good! Not to mention they have such an amazing size selection on their drinks for all coffee lovers! If you don’t shop cozy, you need to start!!
FIVE STARS FOR THIS AMAZING...
