Very friendly English and Spanish-speaking. It’s family owned. I’m guessing your mom is a cook. The son is in charge of the cashier register stuff and taking the orders. I ordered the tortilla de Asada in my honest opinion. I’m from a border town El Paso, Texas. I grew up eating tortoise Mexican food. You know you name it in my honest opinion it could use less cream more meat add some avocado, and that salsa needs to be spicier. It has no kick at all. The meat itself has some good flavor to it. It could be a little bit more charter just throw in a whole slab of the Asada meat instead of chopping it up in pieces on the tortoise itself on a one to 10 scale. I’ll give it about a seven on the salsa that’s a straight up maybe one just cause it’s not spicy but on service they get a 10 that’s just my opinion. I suggest you guys come try it out. It’s a family own businessand yeah, let’s get it.

I’m super picky, and I expect a lot from my culture. Because I know what street food in Mexico tastes like. 1 burrito Adobada 3 tacos adobada 2 tacos asada 1 Mexican coke 1 jarritos tamarind The flour tortilla on the burrito is the reason I kept eating, homemade. The burrito had less meat than 1 taco, so it was a rice and bean burrito. They didn’t dip the two corn tortilla in anything to add flavor or to soften it, cold and stale. It was 1tbsp serving of meat on the tortilla and the corn tortilla was the size of my palm. Total with $6 tip was just a hair under $40. If you are hungry and don’t want loves truck stop chow, this is going to be delicious for the average Caucasian or American. This definitely doesn’t cut it in my book.

*UPDATED 3/4/2024* This place is not the same, we have tried it a few times in the past year & something just isn't right with it, we used to look forward to stopping here for the burrito but now they have gone down hill, it's a huge disappointment too. Maybe someday we'll stop again to try & it will be different but for now we just pass on by. 😔 You will definitely want to add this to your favorites list! These Fries Burritos are HUGE & so damn DELICIOUS! Without a doubt make sure to get some of their red sauce to go with, you can also purchase containers of their red sauce & they are so worth it!

This food truck is AMAZING! Afordable, amazing authentic Mexican food and great friendly service! I'm a food truck junkie and this one is#1 on my list! I'm a trucker and come through 2-3 times per month, I will make it a point to stop in and eat here every chance I get! Located across from Loves Travel Center in Heyburn and right next to Gear Jammer Truck Wash. Do yourself a favor and walk over to the yellow school bus, push the door open, order some great food and you can dine inside the bus or get it to go. Very clean too! Had to grab some tamales for the road tonight. Reminds me of hanging around California's best food truck locations! Check it out, you won't be disappointed! Wendy & Kim...
