Unfortunately, the people who work there are too slow and disrespectful, the other I bought an order, and they gave it to me without a bag to go, I asked a guy who was working there for a bag, and he totally ignored me the other lady who works there too,,,,, told him to give me a bag, and he still ignored me, I was waiting for a good 3 minutes and I had to leave because I was getting late to work. If the owner of this place situated on 845 E 49th St. Hialeah does not do something about it with his employees he's going to lose a lot of customers, I've gone every day for the last 12 years to buy breakfast, and there're many customers who are not happy at all since the owner had the Brillant idea to change all the staff. The past 3 times I've gone, it's the same guy. The first time I waited over 5 minutes for anyone to come to the front. To be fair, I guess they don't have a door chime to alert the workers if a customer's walked in. The 2nd time, he misunderstood my order and I felt like I had to walk him through the process. When we showed up to pick them up, not only was the order not ready, but the manager, ILDA, was nowhere to be found. The employee working at the time called her, and her response was beyond unprofessional: "I don’t care, tell them to pick up the money in the morning."
This was the day of our event. No apology, no solution, no accountability — just a complete lack of care for the stress and disappointment caused.
