Montes de Oca Original Pizza Cubana — Restaurant in Hialeah

The only reason why I'm even rating this place is because of the horrible customer service of the Cuban lady in the front who opened the door before I even dropped a friend off and told me I couldn't park there. I wasn't parked I hadn't even put my car in park and she was already out the door screaming I couldn't park there. Samantha is supposedly her name.

EDIT FOR THE PERSON REPLYING BACK TO ALL REVIEWS: I said supposedly because that's the name the other girl told me in the front. It's obviously the same girl that EVERYONE else is giving the review on. Just placed an order through uber eats for breaskfast because it didn’t specify what times they serve breakfast so I figured all day . Got a call from someone in the restaurant screaming at me saying that no restaurant serves breakfast at this time blah blah . I pointed out to the woman who called me that other reatartraunt do serve breakfast and the hours they serve breakfast are not posted . She then kept on screaming saying she was not gonna make the order and I had to call uber to cancel it even though she already accepted the order . By far the worst customer service I have ever had in a restaurant . Will never order from here again and Will Advise the same to others . Stay away from this horrible...

I order Uber eats from this Cuban pizza place all the time . Last month I order a two personal pizza and they had downsized their size pizza. Ive ordered personal pizza and used to fill the whole box . The last time I ordered two personal pizzas. It looked so small. I was in shock how they downgraded on their sizes and the pizza was not satisfying . First time my mother never ate the whole, even though it was a smaller size, very shocking and disappointing and still got charged the same price. I will not be ordering from this place anymore .
