El Palenque Pizzería Cubana — Restaurant in Hialeah

I went to this place on days: (May 15, 16, 17, 2023, always ordering by phone at 10:00 p.m., a Neapolitan pizza and a milkshake, the first time they informed me that they had a kitchen problem that was going to take a while, The second time they told me the same thing, today, May 17, 2023, I called at 10:30 a.m. and made the same order. I got to the place, waited half an hour and when I saw that my order was not coming out, I asked the blonde-haired clerk if there was some problem with my order, which he replies that it's almost ready, I wait another 10 minutes and they tell me that my order was never taken, it's incredible after ordering it by phone, paying cash at the pizzeria, asking what was going on and what I have wasted my time, I went to this place because of well-known publications by various urban artists but I never thought that I would be so unlucky to receive this attention, the quality of the food is excellent but for good reason they have a sign that they are hiring, blessings a client less

fui a este lugar días: ( 15 , 16 , 17 mayo 2023 siempre ordenando por vía telefónica hora 10.00pm , una pizza napolitana y un batido, las primera vez me informaron que tenían un problema de la cocina que se iba a demorar un poco , la segunda vez me dijeron lo mismo , hoy 17/mayo/2023 llamé a las 10.30 y hice la misma orden , llego al lugar espero una media hora y al ver que mi orden no salía le pregunto a la dependiente de pelo rubio que si había algún problema con mi orden , la cuál me responde que ya casi está lista , espero unos 10 minutos más y me dicen que mi pedido nunca fue tomado , es increíble después de pedirlo por via telefónica, pagarlo cash en la pizzeria preguntar que pasaba y que haya perdido mi tiempo , fui a este lugar por reconocidas publicaciónes de varios artistas urbanos pero nunca pensé que estuviera de tan mala suerte que me tocara esta atención, la calidad de la comida excelente pero con razón tienen un cartel que están contratando personal , bendiciones un...

The most delicious personal pizza I've eaten since I went to Cuba in 1979!!! I stayed in Regla in my Uncle's house (Tio Jose) RIP. Didn't know they made Pizza like that... Honestly, the pizzas are good, but the delay of more than an hour is terrible. They don't have conditions for people to wait either, but not even a chair , nor space.

The quality of the pizza is exquisite, very good, but waiting so long for a pizza really takes away the desire to eat it,

you can still try to order it by phone, you'll have to wait for the same thing for more than an hour...

it really doesn't make sense...

the tip is almost more obligatory than the signature when you pay...
