I've been hunting down the best place near Hialeah for a plate of Carne Asada, Queso Frito, Maduros, and Gallo Pinto. My reviews are based off the top ranking place, Pinolandia by Flagler & 12th Ave.
This location has great Carne Asada! The portion is good and the taste is great! The Queso Frito was good too, I prefer it a little more crisp but it's good quality cheese. The Gallo Pinto was sub-par, it was a bit harder than I'd like. Overall if I'm too tired to make the drive to Pinolandia, this spot isn't bad and worth the try.

It's seems like they have common Nicaraguan staples and varied other items and the way they prepare them. I ordered the carne asada, white rice, and yuca. The salad came with the meal.
