Short version: Plenty of people have said it before me, this place lacks service skills. They are disorganized. And by no means can handle online orders.

Highlights: -If you, as a company can't handle online orders, no problem. THEN DONT OFFER IT. -If you have time to wait and you're not hungry. By all means this is the place for you.

My personal experience: The service here is absolutely horrible. They had 2 people working the front. I tried asking for assistance to one of the staff members who simply told me if I was picking up an Uber order I would need to wait. My number was finally called. I confirmed the order name. It was only at this point my order was being made. Which is the same time they would have taken care of me if I didn't take a number because there were Uber drivers on line in front of me, who didn't take a number. Also, I would have been taken care of at the same time walking in with no online order. This takes out the convenience of ordering ahead. I waited for 20 minutes. Again if you're only going to make it at the time I arrive this defeats the whole purpose of ordering ahead. They should have someone on staff who simply handles the online orders.

Now about the food: My sister and I ordered sandwiches and other pastries. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a Cuban bakery. I could have better bread at Publix. The pastelitos and empanadas and croquetas, they tasted good but they were barely warm. So why am I waiting 20 minutes for lukewarm food?

I love their food, most of the time it’s always amazing, but I am giving them a bad review because of their service! They are just rude In there. When I walk in, they ignore me, no greeting or asking if I may be helped. I don’t speak Spanish and don’t think I need to in-order to be helped. Not sure if that’s the reason why they don’t talk to me. I order from Uber eats and pick up my order to save time. As soon as I put my order in on Uber eats app, it tells me my order is ready for pick up. So I go and end up waiting forever for my food. Takes forever for them to even acknowledge that I’m there. They won’t make eye contact to ask if you need help. It’s so rude. I have to constantly walk up to the counter and cut everyone off just to say excuse me ask for my order.

Today, I was in there for 30 mins after my order said it was ready. No one payed any attention to me, but they’re laughing and talking to eachother and everyone else. When I asked the first time for my food, one girl said 5 mins. I said ok that’s not bad, then 20 mins go by, so now I’m pissed and I ask again. I asked when will my order be ready because Uber said it should have been done 20 mins ago. And she said something under her breath and walks away. After waiting another 10-15 mins, my food finally comes out!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Why have uber eats work for them if you have to still wait for your food! They shouldn’t lie and put your order is ready...

Cake decor is HORRIBLE. I took a picture of a cake I wanted for a gender reveal and the first thing I always ask is can you guys do this ? Dayana which is the one helping me says yes. When I go today Saturday after 3 days of placing the order and taking the decorations that go on the cake as well cake was supposed to be ready by 10am for pick up I arrive at 10am and they start looking for the decorations I had Taken. About 30 mins after one of the workers come out and brings A cake because it’s not the cake I requested lol. The cake was not even similar to the picture. The cake had swirls which was the first thing I told Dayana I didn't want. They put the decorations how ever they wanted in top of the swirls. You can’t even tell me they got confused because the picture doesn’t even have swirls they just decided to do whatever they wanted. The baker had to do the cake 3 times and it still didn’t look nearly the same as pictured. The employees try to blame it on the fondant when I never requested fondant. IF YOU WANT A GOOD DECORATED CAKE AND A GOOD EXPERIENCE DO NOT COME HERE. I spent almost 2 hours waiting for a cake that was promised that could be done gave the order in 3 days before. WORST PART IS THE MANAGER WONT EVEN COME TO SEE IF EVERYTHING IS OK SHE NEVER GOT INVOLVED WHILE THE BAKER MADE 3 CAKES. NO DISCOUNT and NO...
