This is by far the worst experience ever! Not only with the food the customer service is terrible! On July 29, 2020 I wasted $62.06 on uncooked pizza, wings were missing and the bread sticks were supposed to be cheese sticks that were super hard. The reason I say bread sticks its because it didn't have enough cheese! Not to mention as soon as i got my order I tried to contact them with no success! You get a call center which there is a person by the name of Melissa who i got 3 times in a row and she hanged up on me while she was laughing about it! I was placed on 3 different holds trying to get the store I waited on hold for a total of 1hour and 10 minutes! Still til today no call! I know restaurants mess up but the reason I will never buy here is because of the customer service! I used to be a shift manager for Pizza Hut in Fact I worked in this store briefly when I think Jackie or Jessica was the Manager in 2007. I have never experienced such bad customer service any where else and I despise Wal-Mart call center but you Pizz Hut have Won the prize for Worst Customer Service for 2020! Read moreI typically pick up my order since I live just two blocks from this Pizza Hut. However, Friday evening (8/15) I was taking care of my two daughters and my nephews so I decided to have my order delivered. I placed the order at 8:35pm and was told it would take approximately 30 minutes for the pizza delivery. At approximately 9:30 pm I called the pizzeria to inquiry on my delivery which had yet to arrive. The person taking my call put me on a brief hold and when he came back told me the pizza was out on delivery. I waited for about 20 minutes (now 9:50pm) and the pizza had not arrived. The children were hungry and now sleepy, so I decided to call the pizzeria once more. When I called a young lady picked up the phone and after waiting for several minutes on hold she told me it would be another 30 minutes before my pizza would be delivered. I requested to speak to the manager and was told the manager was busy. I cancelled my order and the children fell asleep shortly after - hungry. I will never order another pizza from this Pizza Hut as long as they continue to provide this terrible customer service; doesn't deserve...

She left name and number to call back in the but morning but I forgot to ask her name. So I call back this morning in greeted by a guy, I ask can I speak to a manager he tells me to wait on the like I say ok and wait just to be on the phone with people who said they couldn’t help me. So I call the store back and say hey you sent me to the wrong people because he tried to make it seem like I didn’t wait on the line and I did. He goes on to catch the nastiest attitude with me then hangs up in my face. Didn’t tell me when the manager might be available, he just said she’s busy call back.
