Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Hidalgo

I use to lv coming to this location in particular Hidalgo i pass by 3 or 4 depending what direction i get to go home.... but lately they do a very sloppy work if u ask for your burger plain & dry you mean no veggies no dressing but yet if it has cheese or bacon they dont add it hello if i ask for a cheese & bacon & pay the extra why won't they get it & add it but not the rest.... i went again today & asked for 3 #5 combos 2 with no mustard & ketchup but add lettuce & the 3rd only cheese & bacon no dressing i get home & guess what they gave me what the cook felt like doing cuz i sure didn't get what i wanted.... so now i ask why in the heck ask how we want our order if we sure aint gonna get what we ask for..... i wonder if its lack of training lack of authority (management) or just plain i dont care... i guess I'll start going to a different Jack but the bad thing is i have & they are the same so i guess i should change of fast...

I always go to jack in the box at McAllen. BUT today I'm here in this gross Jack in the box its really dirty in here especially the restrooms. This place needs some deep cleaning and a restroom makeover. I asked for honey mustard and buttermilk and the cashier said that they didnt have any but in reality she didnt know what was i talking about because the honey mustard and buttermilk was in plain sight i had to tell her myself. The sweet tea area is just gross as well flies everywhere. Like come on get some cleaning...

Very poor customer service, was denied food service from the side entrance, and was told I had to walk to the drive thru window. I was on foot & no car. No supervisor on board making things worse and a bad, poor customer service attitude from one order taker, who was only sitting in the dining area and using her personal phone.... guess she had better things to do....
