Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Hidalgo

I went there just because they have drive thru and that's it, I went a few times and it was the same, it looks like they dont put the regular portion of cheese, they ONLY have available ready the extramosbestest and not the regular hot and ready, if they only could make the extramosbestest the right way maybe I could get it but no, just looks like a regular (actually not even like the regular) but more expensive. The last time I ordered minutes before arriving (thinking that maybe I left the pizza for too long waiting in the warmer and the chesse disappeared) and went home, when I opened the boxes, my god, basically no chesse, just a few pepperonies, they did the slices way off and not even all the way through and almost cold!! This time I called to complain, I told the one who answered the phone that it was the Worse pizza I have ever brought in my more than 30 years, too many times, they gave me 1free pizza. A few days later I called to order my free pizza and two more chesse pizzas and when I got there they told me someone already picked up my pizza!!! For reals??! I stayed quiet and then replied, I don't know what are you talking about, Im here, my order is 3 pizzas, one free and Im gonna pay for the other two, she asked me if I was sure I didn't send someone to get them, and no, nobody I answered, I showed them my Id, they probably think I cheated but no, they were wrong again!!! Sacrificed CHEAP GOOD pizza for $6!£¶ SERVICE!! Andy at the cash register couldn't smile to save his life. When I told him the order I had phoned in, he tells me "that's not what you ordered". I know what I ordered and I know what I said. When I repeated what I ordered he started talking into the head peice to whom I assume is his manager, and she didn't even come out to see what the situation was. NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS LITTLE CESAR'S EVER!! Next time I'd rather pay and wait for delivery than have to deal with people who can't own their mistakes nor represent their company with some sort of respect. Any manager from any establishment worth their salt would have delt with it personally. Yet again never sacrificing service for price...

I went to redeem my T-Mobile Tuesday code and the app said to pick up at 7:48PM but I was already there 7:22PM. However, the staff, talked to to me in a condescending tone because, I asked if I can get my Pizza already since there was no line and it was a classic pizza which means they already have it ready. In a rude tone they said I have to wait until 7:48PM because thats what the app says. They seem upset I was using a coupon… Im concerned they get it deducted from their net pay.
