Stars Drive-In — Restaurant in Hidalgo

Worse customer service. I went to Hidalgo Stars I told him my order and he decline adding Mayo to my value burger when I alwayssssss always ask for it with no issue he said next time I'm sure we won't add it only this time he kept repeating like if I'm dumb...then 3 cars arrived and all of them got their meals and me only asked for one little value burger and never arrived so I just left...very disappointed never again will I go... They need some trainings in customer service. And on how to look at least act like they...

I have so many issues with just one order at this place. Had coupons and they didn't even discount the food. Ordered two sushes, got two poweraides instead. Ordered a Super Cheeseburger and this is the burger i got in the picture. No double meat, no cheese. Cold, hard, nasty food. The guy who took my order barely said anything and didnt even tell me the total. Never going to this disappointing Stars...

The guy that takes the order has really bad customer service. He sounds mad and when he asks anything else and you say no he just stays quiet doesn't say the total or anything. Plus they forgot the fries to a combo I ordered. He stated they weren't charged but they come with the combo! They still brought the fries but took some time the burger...
