I arrived here around 10:20 AM on a Wednesday morning. The main reason why I chose to get breakfast from here is because I received an email regarding a new waffle sandwich and a coupon for a dollar off for a combo. When I parked, I saw a sign for a new cheesecake stuffed waffle with bacon and maple syrup that looked delicious. At that point, I was torn between which one I wanted. I ordered at 10:30pm. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese waffle sandwich combo with fries and strawberry tea. With the $1 discount, it was $7.78 after tax. Per receipt, the cashier was Carol. He was friendly and polite. There was signature requesting patience as staff navigate a new ordering system. While waiting, I noticed a bunch of tea spilled on the counter. I’m not sure how long it had been there prior to be noticing or even how long it stayed there. All I’m saying, is you couldn’t miss it. I also decided to eat in versus getting it to go. I received my food at 10:33am. Of course, I began munching on my fries first. I definitely had mixed consistency. I feel like majority were a somewhat overcooked, especially for wedges while a few here and there were fine. With my sandwich, I was a bit nervous as it has spicy syrup and I’m not a huge fan of spicy. However, I didn’t have much of the syrup on my sandwich. I’m neutral about this lol. I enjoyed the sandwich those! As expected, the strawberry sweet tea was delicious. I love how they put actually strawberries in it. The only downside to that is it blocks the straw. Maybe they should consider wider straws to combat that. Before I left, I did stop the restroom. There was a peculiar aroma but it could have been from a previous occupant. The paper towel dispenser was opened. I’m not sure if it’s broke or someone was being lazy.

They had a really weird attitude when I ordered. I gave the details of my order as requested. She asked me to repeat details several times. I pull up to the window and they barely acknowledge me and the people inside are yelling things like "if I catching something this again!..." They let me know they'll need to make one of my items. Not a problem as I know it's a specialty item. They give me unclear directions on where to pull out of the way. A few minutes later she brings me the food and is mad at me for not parking where she claims she told me to park. When I explained my confusion she huffed and went back inside. I got back to work with my food and it's missing the peppers and onions. She specifically asked me if I wanted them and I said yes. Then, I noticed that the biscuit has pockets of flour mixed into it. Not powdered on top, but mixed. Which means the original dough was not mixed correctly. Overall bad experience. Cannot recommend this location in the afternoons.

I cannot recommend this Biscuitville enough. I will not go to another location. I have to be at work pretty early and I stop by here on my way to work at least once a week. I started coming for the turkey sausage english muffin. I don't eat pork, so that option is so nice. (I do miss the oatmeal though!) And the strawberry muffins are my favorite thing.

I will say, I no longer stop by for the food. I go for the staff. The morning crew is absolutely wonderful. They genuinely brighten my day... even at 6 in the morning. Ms. Sierra is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She knows my vehicle, knows my order, and lets me know if the menu changes are going to effect my usual. And I know she does this for other customers as well. This place earns their regulars! Ms. Lacona at the second window is so funny and so sweet. She is always so happy to see you. You can tell she cares about what she does. And the rest of the staff is wonderful as well. My food is always made perfectly for me, to the best they can do it. I love my breakfast, but the staff is what makes this...
