I had a viper remote start I wanted installed in my wife’s 2014 GMC Terrain. I got Greg’s card from my locksmith who said if your looking for cheap don’t call him if your looking for quality with a guarantee Greg’s your guy. Called Thursday made an appointment for Tuesday. Tuesday came dropped off the car couple hours Greg’s gives me a call it’s all done. I’m not use to such perfection. Car was clean. Parts in the box sitting on the front seat. Greg showed me how to operate the remote start and for the past week my wife’s been happier then ever. So the moral of the review is pay to get it done one time correctly, call Greg. It was an overall good experience. I would have liked more information on our first meeting but it didn't seem like he was very forth coming, the 2nd meeting was much better hence the 4 star review. Upfront knowledge of Inventory is great just lacking on telling me what was avalible I had to poke and prod to get the information out of him. Greg continues to impress the more I use him. I first met him and had him redo crappy work from circuit city years ago on my first car. This was over 10 years ago.
