Horrible food even worse customer service! We ordered the 25 wings and they were disgusting. Firstly they were supposed to come with celery and they didn’t which I’m kind of glad about because everything in the bag was drenched in oil to the point it was dripping all over our hands and the table when we were only taking the styrofoam container out the bag. On top of how oily they were the wings were rock hard , we couldn’t even bite them .They over fried them so much the bones got brittle and the wings cracked into pieces(pictured). When we called the restaurant to tell them our issues they told us they were soupposed to be that oily because we got garlic and when we told them that they were so hard we couldn’t eat them the guy basically asked us what we wanted him to do about it with an attitude. We told him to ask his manager he came back on the phone a second later and told us his manager made the wings and that we were wrong, “they were made perfectly”. We told him again that the wings were clearly over cooked and he proceded to say that people like them like that, I quote “people like the extra extra crispy, burnt to the bone style “ me and my husband were stunned. He then proceeded to say if you don’t want the wings like that next time you order then ask for extra soft style and then hung up. Needles to say we were shocked and annoyed. Firstly there was nothing on the menu specifying different styles of cooking for the wings and we didn’t know we had to ask them not to burn our food!! And also at no point through out the whole call did they apologize or seem like they remotely cared about our issues and they even tried to blame the problems on us. I know this review is a bit long but I had to post everything that happened because I don’t think I have ever gotten customer service this bad in my entire life and if I could help someone avoid being treated like this then...

My family and I have ordered several times and it's good food with decent service but tonight we had an experience that made us decide to never order from them again. When I called the woman that answered seemed very agitated, kept cutting me off, and repeated my phone number and address back incorrectly multiple times saying I was cutting out. So...I had my husband call from his phone, hoping for a better connection. This time she had the same irritated tone, constantly cut him off and was very rude when asking 'Well what do you want?!' She even went so far as to condescendingly correct the way he pronounced words and continued to cut us off and became blatantly rude and irritated when we asked to clarify our toppings choice on the sandwiches. When he asked for a manager after trying to politely endure her attitude and lack of respect, she stated she WAS the manager. 'You're speaking to the manager, I'm it. Give me your order' He asked if she was ok with speaking to custoners this way and she replied 'yea, I can do what I want'. Needless to say, we did NOT choose to complete that order tonight, and we will never be ordering from them again. Terrible customer service. I get it, we all have our bad days...but if she truly was the manager, I feel bad for other customers that have to interact with her, let alone any employees that have to put up with her. She seemed like she either strongly disliked the job, or simpky had no business with dealing with customers. She clearly did not have any comprehension on how to be polite and respectful. The fried pickles are dynamite. I love that they are not slices, but spears. Add them to your next order. I hate pickles, but love these tasty treats. I like my subs on the toasted side and the crew has always been accommodating when I've asked them for a little extra time in the oven. I've always ordered delivery and have not been disappointed.

After 9 months I'm totally disappointed. The gentleman who answered the phone had no clue what was in stock and denied any request to do a simple modification on an order. Imsgine requesting no tomatoes on a salad or a requesting to change chicken for another protein they offer. When asked why I can't have the tomatoes replaced with olives or chicken with gyro meat, the only answer is we don't do that. I guess when the owner is away the mice will play. I guess another hungry customer is lost. At least my 5 star review and the forced 1 star review gives this place a 3 star average, in...
