Almost a week ago, I stopped by this location and some automated AI system came on asking me if I wanted what I know now as the " bird dog" special. I did not know what this was. A representative eventually came on. I told her that I wanted the 3 PC chicken wing dinner with 2 sides and I had her remove the drink because the drink was almost $3 more. At the window the person snatched my card. I was livid! I was on my way to work and could not go in for a refund. Next, I asked for a bag and condiments and she rolled her eyes. I asked if there was a problem. She said nothing but bit her lip. If you don't want to come to work, don't go. Too many people needing jobs. The cup of dirty rice was half full. The macaroni and cheese had more in it. Lastly, I did the survey at the end and someone was to follow up based on my visit. This never happened! More of a reason to do this review. Read more@bojangles Horrible and nasty experience! I took a day before writing this, but yesterday 11/20, I placed an order online for pickup. Simple order with 2 Cajun filet biscuits, one of them with pimento cheese. I pick up the order, get home and get ready to eat. As I pick up the biscuit with pimento cheese something catches my attention - there was a “good thru” sticker in the pimento cheese. It was the full sticker, not just part of it. How could someone miss an entire sticker? When I show back up to show the staff everyone’s jaw dropped, eyes got big, and they lost color in their faces. One of them even replied “that is nasty.” They fixed the biscuit, refunded the biscuit, and threw a pie in the bag. Bojangles used to be a favorite, but after this experience and knowing another Bojangles in Winston was shut down for sanitation issues I fully believe that sanitation is not a priority for Bojangles. Read moreHorrible service! I ordered food for my family via the app for curbside pickup and waited nearly 15 minutes in the parking lot for a "team member" to bring out the order. No one ever came. I walked in & was greeted by a young female with the most "I cannot be bothered" attitude. Apparently, she failed Customer Service training IF she ever received any! She directly me to my order sitting on the counter with a order ticket sitting next to it then said "I'm gonna bag it in a minute", walked off & said "We had to wait on chicken anyways". Then I informed her that there were drinks with the order & even after looking at the order slip, she still left off the last drink. I asked her about the sauces that I had to pay extra for & she says "Oh. We outta that." WTW? I am going to request my money back & will not be returning to this location. Ever!
