Napoli's Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in High Point

BUYER BEWARE. I would no longer recommend this place, and I used to love this place. I left High Point for a about two years and I came back and the amount of meat that they put in their cheesesteaks IMMORAL. Even when I used to visit every few months, it was never this bad. It’s literally half the amount that they used to put in there and WAYYY more expensive than it used to be. It recently cost me about $10 for a hoagie and fries and it used to cost $11.65 to get that same meal DELIVERED with a $3 delivery fee, and before that it cost $10.40. So, not only have a cut portions dramatically, they increase prices dramatically. Also, if you walk in at any given time, you will see them handling your food with no gloves. The guys at the grill hold hoagie buns with their bare hands, no gloves, no washing, no nothing. That is a serious health code violation because they are handling ready to eat food with bare hands. I have called plenty of times despite the rudeness or the smart comments they feel is cute when I call or even inches they've shaved off of the cheese steaks . After tonight I know they will NOT every get another one of my hard earned money!! My boyfriend called in an order and I'm listening in, it was a $5 delivery charge so we decided we'll just pick up.. Man says it'll be 15 to 20 minutes. When I go in to pick up, he's like you the one on ..... St. I reply yes he says o it'll be another 20 minutes I told him I would not make order til paid. Ummmmmm.... We've always paid no problem when delivered or picked up so I don't understand...... And asked if I'll wait no sir and they speak their language and laugh like my $ was not good enough..... For someone who works in customer service I felt as though it was a smack in the face. Like really Elizabeth Pizza or Padrinos has never I mean never treated me in such disrespect, so I'll just order...

Update: came to town craving a hoagie and went straight to my favorite place just to realize their hoagies are not what they used to be. I used to pay $11.25 for a hoagie, fry and delivery. Now they don’t even have a delivery driver because “people don’t like to work” which is…not true? Maybe y’all just don’t like to pay enough? Lol. And they could partner with doordash but just don’t… I paid $15 for a hoagie with extra meat and a fry that I had to pick up myself. I understand information but that’s honestly ridiculous. Not only are the prices higher but the portions are much smaller and they didn’t season my fries even though I asked for seasoned fries. $15 for disappointment. I will go to Elizabeth’s pizza next time. Same taste much bigger portions. I only went here for nostalgia but probably never will again.

Charge me a different price every time i call for delivery. As much as $3 higher which is a lot for a meal....
