So first of all, this place is inside a large warehouse type space. On one side they have virtual golf, on the other they had a bags tournament going on, and I think there were batting cages in the back? Not what we expected.

We chose this restaurant because it had so many gluten free options, and one of our party has gluten and soy allergies. We immediately made the waitress aware of this and she was excited to tell us that one of the chefs is also gluten free, so there were a ton of options. Well, after waiting 30 min for the food, her order came out with a normal bun AND sauces on it that were not supposed to be there. Our waitress was inattentive, so we had to track her down to let her know about the mistake. Then it took another 30 min to get the correct food.

So not only did things take forever to come out, and take forever for us to get service, but they genuinely charged us full price for the meal that was completely wrong and potentially dangerous the first time around. Couldn't even knock off the $1 charge for the gluten free bun. The apology we got was half hearted at best too. We were definitely...

The service was really bad. We waited 20 min for our drinks, my husbands mixed drink had ice melted. She did not bring a double as he asked. She forgot our water. We had to ask. I went up to the bar to have my keno tickets purchased. Our appetizer took 35 min and when she dropped it off never asked if we wanted more drinks. Took our food order when she dropped off our drinks and that took 40 min. My chicken tacos were cold. The pizza was good. When she dropped off the food I immediately asked for the bill and boxes for our pizza. She forgot my nox so I had her go back and get it. I gave her a large cash bill for our check and as we were trying to leave as soon as possible after waiting 1.5 hours for a pizza and chicken tacos she brought me two twenty dollars for change. I had to have her go back and break the bills down which took forever so I could leave her a tip. She spent most of her time at the computer. We thought perhaps she was taking an online course or something. What a terrible night. The other waitress was rocking it out providing great service to her patrons. Likely won’t we back due to...
