Whatever you do, don’t come here. Me and my friends went there on Friday night. ALL OF US ARE 21 OR OVER. When we walked in, we got carded by this man (which isn’t unusual since we do look young). When we walked in, we were greeted with rude shouting to the entire bar—“THE KIDS ARE HERE.” Trying to laugh it off, we didn’t say anything. Come to find out, this man does not work at the bar. A simple random man that wanted to be rude carded us. Everyone stared at us at the bar, it was super uncomfortable as we are a group of young women. When my friends tried to get drinks, the bartender dismissed us completed. Either rolling his eyes or saying “I’m busy,” it was evident that we were not welcomed. We all walked out after a few minutes, but not without another rude send off. The bartender took out his frustration on me... and answered me in a harsh tone, "Yeah, I see you. You're not the only one here". I did not deserve that at all and he got defensive very quickly. He was really out of line. He simply could have said, Hey I'll be right with you or waived back at me. Bad business. Would it kill them to pay for some extra help when they're hosting entertainment?! And for God sakes, fix the floor while you're at it, I almost tripped over the missing floor tiles.
That put a sour taste in my mouth as a neighborhood repeat customer. It was rude and disrespectful. There are bands I like there but I cringe thinking about that place when friends ask if I want to go back and I have to explain to them why I don't feel comfortable going back and try to avoid as much...
Read moreWas refused service even though the entire group was 21/22 years old. Told us we had to be 23+ to be served. Altogether the bartender (or maybe owner I’m not sure) was very rude. He’s very selective as to who he serves and seems to discriminate against anyone but the regulars. This should be considered a private club instead of a bar, they shouldn’t be afforded deductions for their expenses. Would give 0...
