Chauncey's Pub — Restaurant in Hillman Township

Pretty disappointed with the burgers here lately... I have never in my life heard of a DELUX Cheeseburger only coming with Mayo, Tomato, and Lettuce! I didn't even get cheese on my burger!! Call me crazy, but when I think of a DELUX CHEESEBURGER, it should come with Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Pickle, Mayo, Ketchup, Mustard, and CHEESE!! But the menu says that "Everything" is Ketchup, Mustard, Pickle, and the lady on the phone told me that it cost extra for Everything, and even more to get the delux... Its pretty sad that Wendy's, Burger King, McDonald's, all have a better delux Cheeseburger than Chauncey's... Also, the fries are always unsalted and either over cooked or under cooked.... So I aways have to get take out, and bring my fries home and put them in the Airfryer, and salt...

I don't think I've ever walked out of a restaurant before this!!!. First off, we sat for 15 minutes being ignored. Then was handed tow menus, without being asked what we would like to drink. 15 more minutes asked what we would like to drink, order was taken. 1 hour 10 minutes later with the ice melted and pop warm, never being ask if we needed a refill I ask where I food was. The waitress went and spoke withe the cook, then never one time acknowledged us, never came back spoke to us. This waitress was the worst I've ever seen. I payed for our 2 pops and she actually gave me a fist full of 1 dollar bills, like she was expecting at tip. I would never recommend this place I've never had this bad of...

Never had a bad anything @ Chauncey's ! So much to say about this establishment , friendly , fast and always happy wait staff , check , beverages always cold and refreshing , check , delicious food and clean atmosphere at a fair price , it's a steel ! Check .. But most of all , if you are lost between the shores and its 1:58 a.m. and are starving because most everything else is closed because Matt Lock comes on at 7:p.m. will Chauncey's grill you a cheese burger ? Check and they will include some hot out of the frier fries to go with it ! My favorite up north eatery ! Keep up the good / great work guy's , we LOVE...
