We love doing mini road trips. We came across this Diner made plans to come back another day that they were open(they were closed). I believe they are open until 2pm during the weekdays and 3pm on weekends. The diner was very cute. We was seated very fast. I asked for suggestions on the "must try" since that's our fun rule to trying new places you have to eat something different. The waitress suggested Biscuits and gravy. So I tried it. I didn't even see a biscuit it was smothered in gravy lol i ordered scrambled eggs and got a flat pancake like egg... but it was fine. the food was very affordable for the portion. My family also said their food was okay. They tried different types of sandwiches. Parking was very limited. Bathrooms were clean. I'm sure if you're in a wheelchair, there it's a way to maker it work but it's very small in there. Even with a server standing there taking a order we had to wait to get by.

This place is amazing! The food is fantastic, the prices cannot be beat and the staff are incredible. They were quick, attentive, accommodating and just a pleasure to be around. We were dining with my grandparents, our 3 year old and our 3 month old, and the staff even offered to hold our baby so we could all eat at the same time and she could still get attention. You don't find that kind of thing often. We will certainly be back the next time we are in town. And anyone passing through from a big city, I suggest you give this hometown treasure a try, it will be a much needed break and an enjoyable meal!

It was promising at the beginning when we entered. Heading on vacation we were looking for a new and unique dinning experience. I'm afraid that is exactly what we got. It took about 10-15 min to get our order in, then another 40-50 min to get our food. Many customers came and went. There were a couple times the staff said our food should be coming up which kept me from walking out. Overall we were looking to spend about 30 or so minutes and ended up spending almost 1 and a half hrs. Very disappointed and I will not be returning.

This is one of those places where you looked up 'food near me' and it pops up top of the list. You think, how cute is this? So...you go. Friends.....let me tell you, you won't be disappointed! This place is the best little diner experience anywhere! From the fact that it's family run, to the fact that it sticks out like a sore thumb with its location.....you will love everything about this experience. The food is straight up what you'd expect from a diner. Nothin fancy, and not too many choices. What it does offer though, is a slice of Americana to feed your soul. We ate toward the end of breakfast time so it wasn't TOO terribly crowded (which, I bet it can tend to be). The menu is simple, thoughtful, and well explained. Oh, and there's NOTHING bad there. Small dishes, large dishes, a la carte, you name it....and everything looks so good. The prices are so reasonable, you'll wonder how they do it in today's world. Oh, and I will take a moment to say, if you're a bacon lover, and who isn't, 62 Classics Diner has THE FINEST BACON, anywhere on the planet....hands down! It is absolutely indescribable. You just have to get some. It's nothing special....but completely special all at the same time. Just ordinary bacon cooked to extraordinary perfection. Even if you don't like bacon...which is hard to believe, you'll have to try this bacon, and convert yourself. All of the rest of the food being delivered to the table looked and tasted just as fresh as fresh can be. I believe it's a statement to how well the kitchen is cleaned every day. This place is a gem on the outskirts of nowhere. Make sure you find it on maps, and mark it a favorite. Once you visit, you will look for a reason to come back to it. I...

We had breakfast here on Sunday. We had eaten here maybe twice before for lunch - we are from out of town. Lunch was okay but breakfast was great! Our waitress was friendly and the service was excellent. The food also was very good. I love my bacon crispy and it was cooked just right for me. The scrambled eggs were good - they were done on the flat top. The home fries were excellent! I have only had better home fries at Bobs Diner in Pittsburgh. My husband had his eggs over easy - they came out between over easy and over medium. We have come to expect this. I must say we had eaten at a chain restaurant for breakfast two days earlier. Their home fries were burnt. The price at the diner was not bad. I thought very reasonable. The diner is wonderful and a fun place to eat. We try to eat there every time we are...
