Price gouging to force a 15% tip on customers. Banana split here was $8.50 with the soft serve equivalent to one scoop of ice cream. The flurry was in a 20oz cup filled 3/4 full. The shake wasn’t full either and tasted bad. I cannot remember the price of the shake.

Their hot fudge is nasty. The milkshake was gross because of it, there wasn’t enough on the banana split to taste it because it had very little toppings. It was mostly just melted soft serve with a pinch of pineapple and strawberry here and there.

Not worth the money at all and the whole tipping situation here is embarrassing for the business because they are clearly price gouging to slip that 15% tip on card payers (plus the fee of playing with a card). The employee was unpleasant, it was obvious she was annoyed we were there. The quality and portions were really bad for the price. Raising prices to an insane amount while trying to tack on tip and using a card fee is atrocious. The employee didn’t have to scoop anything, soft serve is made in the machine and comes out of it. She barely sprinkled any toppings on anything. The most she did was pull and lever and hold her hand up to a mixer. We stood and waited for the order, can’t justify a high tip because of the minimal work that was done. If we ordered food, I could see 10%. If she was actually pleasant, I could see...

Maggot in my ice cream! I had to give this place one star only because the review made me but, honestly this place don’t deserve any stars.I normally don’t write reviews about places but, for this I have to. My family and I stopped here to get some ice cream on our way home from a trip from West Virginia, all of us got soft serve in a cone with sprinkles. As I’m stating to eat my vanilla soft serve, I look down and what do I see. A maggot! And it’s alive! Thanks to this place I will never eat at a small ice cream parlor like this again. Slammed for a $.75 tip to a $5.00 item at a carry out window. Tip for what? No posted sign about it. And slammed again 3% for credit card use, again no sign or warning on either or I would have walked. Would rather have paid $6.00 for the cup of lukewarm chicken and noodle’s with runny broth and a few actual chicken shreds. A package of crackers would have helped. Good thing I had gone straight home to the microwave. They won’t miss me until they’ve gone out of business, and they’ll never know I didn’t come back.
