Burger King — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Customer service was poor. We went through drive thru and had been asked to wait, then was answered by a man who was very short with his words and rude. Kept saying “anything else” in a very impatient manner although we were the ones to have been kept waiting. Did not ask about what drinks we wanted and sounded really irritated when we told him what drinks we wanted and did not repeat back the order. (Which I suppose is no big deal but is a big no no in fast food as I was taught and worked in as a manager for years, including at this very Burger King.) Pulled up to the window and paid for our food, received our drinks and told to pull forward to wait, no please or any mannerisms whatsoever. After pulling forward we waited another 10 minutes while the inside wasn’t busy nor did the drive thru get another customer. We got three sandwiches, three orders of fries and an order of chicken fries all jammed into one bag, fries tipped over getting the bag all greasy and hard to hold. Chicken fries did not have 9 pieces like it said but instead only had 6 pieces. Also no napkins, but that is very usual for this establishment. Not a fan... so sad as this is the only burger...

Horrible Service and Very Dirty Everytime I have gone to this restaurant it is dirty. This last visit 05/20/18, my family of 3 went in and had no one waiting in front of us. We ordered our food from a high pitched cashier, with a VERY dirty uniform. When we went to the drink station, there was wrappers and ketchup everywhere. We picked the cleanest table possible (none clean). I waited around 10 min for my food, no one else had yet to come into the restaurant, and then went to the counter. Our food had just came up and I told her I was still missing items. She said oh, this isn't your order. So I waited another minute, when she realized it was more order. I told her it was missing a sandwich and a shake. She gave me the burger and went to make the shake. We sat down and began eating. The workers stood around, talking, laughing, and not ONCE came out to clean the lobby. I had to go back up 10 min later and ask for my shake AGAIN. I could not believe how slow the service was and how dirty...

Was on our way to a funeral sunday and stopped by for a quick bite to eat, expecting only 10-15 minute wait. Me and my brother ordered easy meals off the value menu. There were hardly anyone ordering or even going through the drive thru and there were a good 4-5 people. It took a good 15 minutes for me to receive my food. However 30 minutes later they couldn't pop out a double cheeseburger and chicken nuggets. My brother decides to go up there and tell them that we will just take whatever food is done since we are already late for the funeral. The people behind the counter who obviously noticed us talking to them literally turned around and laughed to their employees and proceeded to ignore us.
