Chatterbox Cafe — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Stopped here on my way south, in my truck. Cafe was crowded and there was one waitress. Sat down at a table, after ten minutes waitress asked me what I wanted to drink ordered coffee. After fifteen minutes, waitress comes back and tells me it will be a while, she just started brewing a fresh pot. Asked if I could order a cheese omelette, she said, no, he won't do that, breakfast is over. I was about to give her my order. Without so much as an "excuse me a second", she turned around and went to the table next to mine and took their order instead. I would never stop in this little cafe again, rude and discourteous service, I don't care how busy they are you don't walkaway from a customer in the middle of...

Stayed a few days in Hillsboro on our way home to Pittsburgh and decided to try a local joint for a good breakfast. This place did not disappoint. The omelets, fried potatoes & hashbrown were delicious! And super reasonable prices!!

Only issue was that there was only 1 waitress & the place was almost at capacity. She did an awesome job though. She was very attentive, refilling our coffees without being asked & running around making sure all patrons were satisfied. Five stars to her...

13 of us showed up about 3 pm on a Thursday afternoon after a funeral. It was between shifts and the staff was very accommodating, normally their "down time" They jumped on taking care of us, their daily special spaghetti was amazing, being a Montgomery County native but in Ohio for over 30 years, was thrilled at having a breaded tenderloin like I haven't had in years. Everyone's food and service was off the hook. Can't rave enough as I am pretty picky about restaraunt service....5 stars...
