On Highway 127. The main drag in Hillsboro. The Egg rolls are awesome. People come back time and again and travel far and often for these famous egg rolls. The food is great. I hardly ever have to go grocery shopping because I eat there. Meatloaf Monday has become very popular. We have a new fish for Friday. It's Pacific Cod. It is not as long as the Alaskan White fish but much thicker. So far we have had only good feedback. The specials are $7.50. They come with your choice of 4 sides. Usually potato, vegetable, salad, and dessert. You can omit one side to get a double order of another side. You can substitute one or all of the sides for the egg rolls a Vietnamese secret family recipe. The Owner and mom came here around 40 years ago so the egg rolls are much better than the bland Americanized Chinese egg roll. The only oriental food we serve is Sweet and Sour Chicken, Pork, and occasionally Shrimp. Egg rolls, crab rangoon, and occasionally wontons(all three of these are made fresh at the Cozy Cafe and seasoned secretly by our owner) Please come in and check it out.
