This is my go-to Mexican restaurant in my area. I've tried the other ones in the surrounding areas and even as far as Chicago and Columbia, MO and while the other places are good, this one is my prime choice.
Their salsa is perfect and you can order a side of queso if you'd prefer cheese instead of salsa.
Like chicken? Steak? Shrimp? Then try their Paella. It's a perfect combination of all those meats with peppers, onions, and tomatoes topped on a bed of rice and covered in cheese. And if you can't eat a giant plate, these dishes are large enough to share! I take my teenage niece and nephew at least twice a month and we always share the Paella. We get it without tomato and light onion though. It works out perfect because then there's no leftovers. :)
Their daiquiris are quite good too. We usually wind up here for girls' night and share a pitcher and just chat and usually we close the place down. They're very amiable and accommodating people so long as you have a good attitude and are polite (duh) lol.

Read moreI was just passing through town and needed a break from driving in the rain all day. Place was busier than I expected for a small town on a Monday night and it's easy to see why. Service was very friendly and quick; entire restaurant and bathroom were super clean. Chips were warm and fresh, salsa was more flavorful than typical basic restaurant salsa and the margarita was strong and tasty. My entree was delicious and a huge portion for a great price. Read moreOrdered 2 dinners...a horse shoe and a shrimp chimichanga....horse shoe was far from being one...when called back was told no one was in charge...no manager no owner....was over charged for what we ordered..was told 20 minutes...i think they started order when we arrived to pick up...food used to be pretty good....food and service are suffering...i couldn't figure out how to do 1/2 star....nothing like it uses to be...what is really sad is that my 7 year old grand daughter knows what goes in a hamburger...
