If giving a zero out of five stars was an option that would be my pick. After several horrible experiences including cold food, bad service, melted ice cream, I decide to go back and give it another chance given it’s the only ice cream place in Hillsboro. This most recent visit will be my last visit. I got a medium Oreo blizzard and upon reaching halfway through my blizzard I noticed that there were no Oreos and it hadn’t been blended properly. I proceeded to take it to the counter and ask if they could fix their mistake. As a response she proceeded to look at me like I had four heads and said, “ I don’t know what you want me to do, you’re not getting a free one.” As if I came to try to get a free blizzard out of them. When in all reality as a business the customer is always right and you fix your mistakes. How would I have known that there wasn’t any Oreos from halfway down unless I had eaten halfway up…I mean WHAT. Totally dissatisfied with this business and won’t be giving another dime to them. Not only issues with the ice cream! My husband visited this place for our lunch yesterday and once again issues started! They refused to give discount for 2 senior meals! Used coupons for the meals only too not receive something other then what coupon stated!. Husband noticed before leaving we did not get fries as coupon stated and staff had to re-read coupon too see we was to receive fries but did not!

4.upon getting home with food! [4 miles away] we received a single cheese burger and not the double as coupon indicated.

UPDATE We had been offered a new burger for the issue with the one we did not receive. Today we used the offer for replacement and it was what it should have been. We had to spend more money with them for the fries because this was not an issue. I'm not sure that corrects the issue when I did not get the correct meal the first time. Went in for blizzard was only car in line and it took a while before anyone even came to the window to take our money. I was l that she turned out blizzards upside down, weed previously been told they don't do that anymore. Well if you make it right it will stand the upside down test otherwise it means it's to runny. We added a pretzel and told her we would come back around and to not hold up the line she said it was ok and held everybody else up while we waited for an additional on at window.
