My recent visit to Hyderabad Biryani and Kababs at Hillsborough which left me utterly disappointed, to say the least. The evening started on a sour note as the promised timely service turned into an endless wait. Despite assurances from the waiter, my food never arrived on time, leading to an uncomfortable and frustrating situation.
When the food finally made its appearance, it was not only late but also shockingly cold. It's perplexing how a restaurant can serve such subpar quality food without any regard for basic standards of freshness and temperature. The tastelessness of the dishes further added to the disappointment, leaving me questioning the kitchen's competence and commitment to culinary excellence.
What truly compounded the dismal experience was the lackadaisical attitude of the staff. There was a noticeable absence of concern for customer satisfaction, as my inquiries about the delayed food were met with indifference and excuses rather than a genuine attempt to rectify the situation.
In all honesty, I had to leave before completing my meal, as the combination of tasteless, cold food and abysmal service made it an untenable dining experience. I strongly advise against patronizing Hyderabad Biryani & Kabab until they address these glaring issues and prioritize customer experience and...
Read moreHouse of Biryanis and Kebabs is truly a paradise for food lovers. Every dish here is packed with rich flavors and authentic Indian taste that leaves you wanting more.
We started with their Hyderabadi Chicken 65, Chicken Manchuria, and Paneer Pakora – each appetizer was bursting with spices and perfectly crisp. The Goat Paya soup was hearty and full of depth, truly comforting.
For the main course, the Nalli Ka Gosht and Kadai Goat were showstoppers — tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection in aromatic spices. Their Butter Chicken Masala and Paneer Butter Masala are absolute must-tries, creamy and delicious. And of course, no visit is complete without their signature biryanis which are perfectly spiced and full of flavor.
To complement the meal, the Mango Lassi was refreshing, and the Irani Chai gave a perfect traditional touch at the end. The variety on the menu is huge — from veg delicacies like Aloo Gobi Masala to meat specialties like Rogan Josh and Chicken Vindaloo, making it an ideal place for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Read moreThis place is definitely a treat for those who love their food. Every single dish was very well distinguished and made to make you drool. The ambience is very cozy and service is fast which helps save time.
What I would recommend:
Drinks: Starting off with the mango mocktail, it is perfectly sweet and has a very refreshing touch to it. The other mocktails are equally good but this one stands out and is a must try.
Appetizers: The cilantro chicken is a very unique take which had me eat the most out of the plate and I forgot to even take a picture lol. The mutton fry and shrimp ghee roast are just classics that can’t go wrong.
The fried lotus stems, the mushroom chilly and gongura veg biryani are amazing alternatives for vegetarians.
Main: The biryani is the hero , the Nalli Ghost biryani is just to die for , great quantity and great quality. The conventional dum biryanis are also better than biryanis I’ve had in the area.
Dessert: You HAVE to try their double ka meetha and rabdi barfi, it is so good you will take an order to go home for sure.
All in all I would say the food, the ambience, the experience was great and I will surely be...
