There was so many things wrong with the experience it's hard to summarize. I will lead with the point fast food is supposed to be fast and when there is only one make line in an establishment there is supposed to be a rotation between drive thru orders and dining room. I came in to order and waited 20 minutes for 2 bean burritos add sour (incorrect) and 2 pintos n chz add extra red sauce (incorrect- and employee argued until I insisted on leaving with what I paid and waited for) and 2 crunch wrap supremes no meat. The manager was there floating. Updating labels and otherwise demonstrating why she is only making about 26k a year. When I had to come back in because there was no red sauce on my bean burritos I asked the same argumentative employee if bean burritos still came with red sauce she had to consult the register as she was unfamiliar with menu items or how customer service works. It was at this point the manager (heavy blond lady) said to me- 'they're fixing it, sorry." She made nono attem at recovering this bad experience.
In an age where anyone can quickly summarize and post accompanying photographs it's more important than ever to maintain positive customer relations, especially when the issue is on the staff and leader/manager of an establishment.
Tucker M did a fantastic job at the front register and was easily able to ring in my order with accuracy and efficiency. Had my experience not included a positive aspect I would consider this taco Bell a total waste.

Read moreWe attempted to eat there. They were not busy inside. One worker came in to start work. Checked in at cash register, didn't even acknowledge us, not once but twice! Another came out of the bathroom, did not acknowledge us. Had several in the back & knew we were there..at least 4. Still didn't acknowledge us ..not even say "be with you in a bit". I was not going to order off of kiosk...could see it was not clean. We stood for around 8 mins...the person with me was so upset, they pushed 2 small counter signs on the floor. THAT got their attn. Accused of destruction of property ...wow. I might add the manager picked up the signs & put back on counter without sanitizing them. The manager, not being professional yelled at us to get out. I might add, not management material....did not even want to know why a potential customer was upset. I would give this Taco Bell in Hillsdale a -10 without even eating there. I am not one to use filthy kiosks...that may be the only way to get yr order.
