I really want to rate them higher, but my latest experience was pretty disappointing. As others have said the putt putt course definitely needs an overhaul, but it's still pretty fun and we enjoy it. The how's themselves are in pretty good shape. There are two courses and we've played both. There are some challenging holes that younger players may get frustrated by, but it's a good time regardless. We got ice cream and pizza today and they were pretty good. And the staff are very friendly. The reason for the two stars instead of wanting to give 4 is due to how long it took to get our food. After playing putt putt, we decided we wanted to try some pizza so we ordered a small 4 slice pizza. It took 45 minutes for them to make it. After waiting about 40 minutes, I went up and asked about it because it was taking so long and the girl went back to check and then said that they were backed up and it would be ready in a few minutes. If that is truly the case and they didn't just forget our order, then my recommendation would be to tell your customers ahead of time about how long it will take. If I knew it was going to take 45 minutes for a little pizza, I would have either ordered before we went out to play, or not ordered it at all. Instead we were stuck just sitting there for that long.

Let me tell you something. This place right here was amazing. I do recommend if you're going to get the half sheet of pizza which comes as 24 slices. It takes 40 minutes to make so order that ahead of time. If you have a group that would eat that much pizza and then do your mini golf. It ends up being ready at the perfect time. Bathrooms are wonderful and clean. Staff was phenomenal and quick with service. Pizza was the exact way I like it with just the The perfect amount of thickness at the bottom and an amazing crispy delicious crust meatballs were so large. You could just pluck them off and turn it into a cheese if your kids only like cheese pizza and you like sausage like me. They got enough TVs in that place to keep the whole entire town. Watch it a show. great place for all ages family and friends. 100% recommend. Tommy was the one who took or ordered and greeted us and was just so polite and made sure we had everything we needed when the pizza came.

Was seeing alot of hype and advertisement around their pizza. They are near by so I had to give it a shot! Pricing is pretty standard to the average current market. I ordered a large sausage, green pepper, onion. Would have liked a little more green pep as the onion sort of over powered but all in all, I def give 5 stars! Extremely fast service (esp considering I ordered on a Friday evening! No more 45min-1hr weekend waiting!) Welcoming and helpful workers, and the pizza stood up to the hype ! I love leftover pizza the next day and I mean this in a good way, the pizza got even better over night... I swear. Most pizzas, it's always the best fresh but just good the next day. This pizza was great fresh and even better the next day! Very happy and will 110% be back again!

Overall, a fun little trip. Everything is a little rough around the edges but still usable and enjoyable if that’s what you make of it.

Outside: Driving range has old cars you can aim at which is so fun! The mini golf needs help in the maintenance department. Specifically the pvc pipe holes should not be above the ground resulting in your ball not going in the hole. Standing water caused a few holes to be unplayable. Also, the clubs and balls do not appear to have ever been cleaned and are ripped, torn or broken. I did appreciate that there are 2 courses to keep wait times down when it’s busy. Even though this was not explained. My kids kept wondering when we would get to play at the castle but it was on the other course. You can’t tell when you walk in that there 2 different courses.

Inside: pizza was awesome! Great crust! Took awhile to make but I Definitely recommend. They have a nice menu. Seating area was spacious but sticky. I would rather go eat it outside than sit in there. As for service, yeesh 😬 FYI: It was not busy when we were there. The Cashier didn’t greet us, explain where to go after paying for mini golf, offer us a score card, etc. After playing outside, we decided to order food as I heard the pizza was phenomenal. But when mom was ordering, her toddler started being too loud, as they all do. As she was parenting and telling her toddler to stop being so loud, the cashier had the audacity to comment “yeah, that needs to stop”. I don’t know how that mom did not unleash on that guy but I aspire for that level of restraint.

I will be on the lookout for a different mini golf venue to try but may order a pizza again if...

Buzzard Cove Golf: Great Pizza, Garbage Course

I seriously don’t even know where to start with this place. I came to Buzzard Cove expecting a fun round of mini golf — what I got was a run-down, outdated, depressing excuse for a course, clearly stuck in 1935 and never updated since.

Let’s be real: this place is run by a bunch of kids, which honestly isn’t even the issue — they were cool, and to be fair, the food was shockingly amazing. The pizza? Absolute top-tier. No complaints there — it might’ve been the only redeeming part of the whole experience.

But the golf course? An absolute joke. The turf isn’t even real turf — it’s literally carpet, and not even the good kind. The whole thing is falling apart. It’s like playing mini golf in someone’s backyard on leftover scraps from a failed DIY project. Every hole is the same boring thing repeated over and over, with no creativity, no challenge, and no maintenance.

Also — those pictures online? Yeah, they were clearly taken decades ago, probably the day the place opened, because it looks nothing like that now.

It’s a shame, because with that pizza and a little effort, Buzzard Cove could actually be decent. But right now? It’s a hard pass. Come for the food — skip the...
