I had the most amazing brisket Sat and a piece of amazing bourbon chocolate pecan pie with a moonshine crust there was live music outside it was a wonderful experience I shared with a dear friend very good hot food dessert was something I'd expect in a big fancy restaurant in my favorite City Washington DC and it was $7 I paid $25 for a lesser quality piece of cheesecake in a fancy restaurant y'all don't let the negative review bother you I've ate there weekly for 5 weeks all good hush puppies on fish find amazing catfish great it's a new restaurant kinks have to work out you won't regret...

If you're looking for something by chef Gordon, you're definitely in the wrong place. But if you're looking for good old down home cooking, then I suggest you come to Ike's. The first time, I had a burger and fries, which was awesome. The second visit, I had ribs, baked beans smoked, barbecue, Mac, and cheese, which was equally as awesome, and that's not to mention the regular visits I make to pick up a couple slices of their always awesome pies. For those who don't know yet, they moved from hindsville to huntsville. This is my first time ever having. Them and my burger was cooked perfectly. The onion rings were fantastic. Out of all the onion rings I've had throughout hundreds of restaurants. I'd say these are my new favorite. Staff are super nice and friendly people. Been open for 3 weeks here and I'm coming back on a regular basis. They're not quite done with renovations just yet. But either than that....
