Fix Your Customer Service — This Was Ridiculous
I went back to the store because my order was wrong — I ordered the Cheesy Bites Pizza with the Ranch Lover’s Flight, and the sauces were wrong. Not a huge deal. I just wanted to swap one out. But the attitude I got over something that simple was insane.
The lady at the counter walked to the back and spoke to another employee, and that one instantly had an attitude — slamming things, acting irritated like I was asking for the moon. I stayed calm and said it wasn’t a big deal, I just wanted the right sauce.
Then she finally comes up front and says with a smartass tone:
“Well next time when you order online, make sure you pick the right sauces.”
I put my phone down, showed her the order, and said,
“You mean like this? Where it shows I did order the right ones?”
All she says is, “Fair enough,” like she didn’t just accuse me of being wrong. No apology. No professionalism. Just attitude from start to finish — even when she was clearly wrong. Throwing stuff around, zero accountability.
This isn’t how you treat paying customers. Fix your staff or keep losing business. Simple as that.

She never knocked on my door, she did call my phone but of coarse I don’t have my phone by me at all times. I call the restaurant and the manager says the delivery driver will bring it right back out, the delivery driver text me she’s not bring my order shes on other delivery’s. She was so rude and nasty. So I call the restaurant to let the manager know and she puts some man on the phone and he’s says your order has been cancelled and have a great night. I said no I need my food me and my 5 kids have been waiting hours to eat. He again says your order has been cancelled, the money will be back on your card have a great night and hangs up. So I really need to speak with corporate this whole encounter with this restaurant was so unprofessional and very rude. So Pizza Hut decided who gets their food and who doesn’t. After waiting over a hour (received confirmation text 6:54PM, with an estimate of 25-35 minute wait time), I reached out to the store to check on my order. The shift manager wasn’t sure where the order was after being placed on hold a couple of times. She then stated the would remake the food and get it back out to me. I kindly asked for at least a discount being that it’s an over hour since I placed the order and I am now having to wait even longer for more food to be made and delivered. The shift manager made the comment of, “I’m already making you more food.” As if it was my fault they did not deliver the food the first time. I did not expect to get free food, but it would have been nice to get at least a dollar or two off of my $28 order for the inconvenience. That really made a poor experience for my family and I.
