I recently dined at Schoop’s in Hobart and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our orders were taken promptly and checking in on us throughout the meal.

Now, onto the star of the show—the burgers! Each bite was a flavor explosion, perfectly cooked to order and bursting with freshness. The buns were soft and toasted just right, while the toppings were plentiful and added a delightful crunch and burst of flavor. And let's not forget the juicy, flavorful patty that was the highlight of each bite.

Called coming home from work to order carry out to take home it's a 15 minute drive which should have put me there as my meal was ready.. was placed on hold and was never picked back up. Walked into the restaurant still on hold. Asked to speak to a manager was told they are in the office. Which I assume means they can't be bothered. I wasn't angry I didn't rant and rave... (Which was probably the problem) Was offered nothing more than an I'm sorry. Paid for my carry out meal sat and waited. Was given another I'm sorry as I was handed my order and left. On 12/31/2024 my family and I visited this establishment. The establishment was clean, and the waitress, service was basic. It could have been inviting, warm welcoming with a hint of energy. Her energy was very dry. The food was just as bland as the waitress energy. I order #5 that consist of 2 eggs, 2 pancakes, 3 sausages and I order a side of hash brown. The hash brown we’re extremely burnt. I was not pleased about that breakfast at all. If Gordon Ramsey is own that restaurant you best to believe, that order would not have gone out, and the service would have been much better.
