Mezza Luna Pizza — Restaurant in Holland Township

Place has great food. The problem is the staff that works the registers. So unorganized. Always has a line out the door on fridays. You order your food. They tell you 40 minutes. You get there. Wait in line another 40 min and your food is cold. Theres people in line in front.of you whos food isn't even ready and theu hold the entire line up. Instead of having someone outside taking in customers whos food is done. Will never eat hear again on a Friday until they figure this out. Then when yoy.complain your foods cold they dont even wanna do anything. This is.coming from a customer who orders food hear atleast 3 times a week and for the past 5 years. Please fix this and figure this out. Alot of in happy customers complaining outside in this heat. Before the new owners took over a few months ago there wasnt a problem. They had a person outside bringing people in whos food has bin finished with the lower numbers. Now new owners and cant figure out a simple thing. Losing alot of Friday customers as I waited in this line twice and heard everyone complaining and watched many people just up and leave as i did myself and got food elsewhere. Thanks for the great food. But please...

Finally the last straw. I and my family have been getting pizza, dining in, purchasing party trays for birthday parties and graduations for four years from this place. We have spent THOUSANDS of dollars here. When the pandemic started, I was yelled at by an employee for not waiting in a socially distanced line that I did not know existed. More often than not, they get some detail of our order wrong. Tonight, they completely messed up my simple order of a Meatza Lovers pizza instead giving me a Mezzaluna special. I admit that such an error is not earth shattering. Given the frequency of the messed up orders and being treated like a common criminal, I have finally had enough. From now on I am ordering from Alpha Pizza. They may be farther away but they have never messed up an order or treated me rudely. To hell with...

No complaints from me. The food is delish, prices are reasonable, the place is clean and the staff is great. Mezza is probably our #1 go-to for dinner! (I love anything with chicken, mozzarella, roasted red peppers; and balsamic vinegarette so i suggest anything with "Mezza luna" in the name! Plus the grilled antipasto and/or vodka penne. You will not be disappointed!

I drive and practically live right next door to this gem so even if delivery was an option I would most likely call in for pick up anyway. That being said, i don't have a strong opinion on this matter but the only criticism I can think of anyone having would be that they dont offer delivery. But trust me, one visit and you wont...
