This place is an embarrassment to the Arby's name. It should not even be in existence, except the location drives customers with no further choices to wait endlessly. The management may be worse than the employees, constantly making excuses instead of dealing with the issues. Drive thru waits for two meals routinely top 10 minutes when you are the only car in line and the place is a ghost town (a constant excuse of management is the counter is busy, having checked the counter while waiting not true). The other big complaint is the menu items are routinely not available, for instance every other time we go they are "out of shakes", perhaps try ordering more shake mix...the McDonalds on the other side of the freeway and the Hardies at the next exit have figure out both of these items, perhaps see about some mentoring...I would advise you to avoid this place like the plague and either hit up McDonalds or the Hardies at the next exit east.
Update, the next week, not even going to try for a shake...order a salad, out of salad mix...you cannot make...
Read moreWhen I grew up in the 1970s and 1980s, everybody was hopeful for a better future. But now all of us who grew up in that time. Want to go back to how things used to be when we were kids.
Today is another example of why. I woke up to the cashier to order my sandwich, and the cashier won’t even greet me. They just give me a cold stare. So I give my order, and the interaction is like talking to a robot sending off vibes that they don’t want to be there.
When my sandwich comes out, I smile and say thank you to the lady who handed the food to me. I look inside the bag, and ask her if I can please get some napkins. With all the warmth and kindness of a military drill sergeant, she jerks her arm up into the air , and to the corner of the room, and tell me “over there “in a very sharp and ugly tone.
The world has come to? Customers are warm and friendly, and employees are complete douche bags in return?
Anybody know where I can get a DeLorean I want to go...
Read moreI boycotted Arby's because the ones in my area are very underwhelming. Always cold or stale fries, forgetting sauce packets, out of menu items.
Tried again for the first time in a long time last night and THIS Arby's was the worst! The gentleman in the drive thru first spewed off a list of menu items they did not have and then proceeded to remain annoyed we still wanted to eat there! We got the new Americana roast beef sandwich which is tomatoes, shredded lettuce, roast beef, cheese and thousand island dressing on a bun. We ordered what we thought was going to be meals. We expected no tomatoes bc they were on his list. We received some sort of whole wheat bun that literally wanted to disintegrate in my hand, mayo (expected this too) leaf lettuce (not expected) and sloppy as can be! & Guess what? NO fries at ALL. Guy at the window came off quite rude especially over the speaker and we won't be going back...
