I really like this place. Second time we have been here. First time we were here, the wings were under cooked for our taste. So this time we went over crispy and they were a little too crispy. Next time it will be just crispy. Wings have a great flavor on all 4 flavors we have tried. The fries are great and I love the big selection of choices. Buffalo chicken stromboli was the special, so I went with it and I wasn’t impressed. It was made with thigh meat and it tasted more like bbq. I was expecting a traditional buffalo chicken stromboli and it wasn’t that. I know now to not get that again. When anything chicken is made with dark meat, that should be stated. I know some people really like thigh meat, but there are people like me that really don’t. I guess I need to just start asking if it is white or dark meat when ordering chicken. We would have been better off just getting the Mexican fries and the wings. Drinks were good, cold and the server kept them on the table for us. This place is busy, but it is big enough to handle the volume and the servers are good at what they do. Clean establishment. Upbeat atmosphere.

Stopped off for dinner here after being at an Altoona curve game and it didn’t disappoint! They have a huge menu with plenty of different items to choose from and a whole bunch of appetizers. I went with the wings since that was the special coated in the Hokegeeze sauce. That sauce was awesome and definitely recommend it. It’s a sweet and tangy almost like honey mustard flavor. The waiter was very polite and assisted in every question we had. Definitely will stop back if I’m in the area!

Nice little place, definitely remodeled since I was there last time about 8 years ago. Food was good and atmosphere was nice. Our smiling waitress was awesome and attentive. They have PA skills machines and a pool table.

We've been going since they opened the staff has always been awesome and we have never had an issue til the last 2 times we were there. My mom and grandma both got BLTs with fries and the toast was just hard bread didn't look toasted at all and the fries were old and what seemed like cooked then sat for a while then put back in the fryer to be reheated before sending them out. I got my son a grilled cheese off the kids menu and it was made on garlic bread. Now it may just be me but to me a child's grilled cheese shouldn't be on garlic bread or they should have at least noted it in the menu which they didn't and when this was all brought to the waitress attention she didn't even seem to really care and just said oh we've got new people working in the kitchen they aren't used to things yet. Which I totally understand but when you have customers telling you of concerns and issues you'd think you would at least be told I will let my boss know or something that they are going to look into it. We loved going to ZMacs but I'm not sure we...

Zmac's is a diamond in the rough. We were passing through the area, looking for a place to grab a drink and lunch. We came across Zmac's and decided to give it a shot. This place is a 10/10. The curb appeal is nice but doesn't give the venue the credit it deserves. Once you get through the door, you'll find a very spacious cozy inviting upbeat atmosphere and staff. Very inviting and the menu offers something for everyone. Kids menu, fried food all the way to comfort food dishes. Portions were very plentiful, packed full of flavor and at a drive thru price. We were both big eaters but ended up taking to go boxes. Kid and family friendly. Servers and bartenders were super friendly and although it was a packed house, made us feel like we were the only ones there. On top of all of that, the place was very clean, to include the bathroom. You could hit a box store but if you live near Zmac's or passing through the area, why would you? Zmac's is the spot. We will definitely be back even though its a 40 minute...
