Pizzeria Zacharia Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Hollis

Ordered here a few times. Take out has been mediocre at best. Fried food was soggy, chicken fingers are rubbery. Been shorted items twice. The last time it happened, I decided to call and they argued with me and hung up. I had ordered a seafood combo (portion was tiny) and added whole clams for an additional $6.00 we had an itemized receipt emailed to us and my credit card charge reflected the same amount. I called to let them know they left the clams out and he said I was wrong and they didn’t carry clams and there was no way to add them on the website. I double checked the website while I was on the phone and verified I was correct. I even offered to come down the next day with the receipt and show him on the website, but he was rude and wouldn’t let me talk. It wasn’t as much the $6.00, but the fact he was calling me a liar and arguing with me, then he hung up. I believe this was the owner I spoke with. They never refunded my card either. The time before this they left out a side order of chicken fingers, that were for my kids. I will never go back!!! Much better local places to choose from.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. EXTREMELY RUDE OWNER AND MANAGER. I would give negative stars if I could these people are incredibly rude to the point where they almost made me cry over a sandwich. I ordered a turkey club online for dinner at work when I picked it up There was absolutely no turkey on it so I brought it back and they put some turkey on it, then when I got to work and went to eat it, it was drowning in mayonnaise which is not listed as an ingredient on the website and there's no option to remove it on the website either. Since I was at work, I had to throw the food away and wait until they were open the next morning to call. I was hung up on several times and I was then told "it's common sense that all club sandwiches come with mayonnaise", I was also told "the sandwich came with bread too but that wasn't a listed ingredient either because it's common sense" after all that I was then accused of lying about the food being terrible and was told I wouldn't get a refund without the food being brought back, so I dug my spit up food right out of the trash and brought it right back to them. I'll never waste my hard earned money...

This place is just Awful!! I work next door and have had lunch here several times and it just keeps getting worst!! Today was the draw, i ordered a Greek salad and there was so much hard lettuce that it was just sour. Barely any greens and I even took a picture as I wish I could post it here. Also there bacon is not even bacon!! Bacon cheeseburgers are way over cooked and they dont even take your number down when you order so when they messed up my order I got there and they had nothing done and I only get 30 mins so I time everything right. So when I arrived they where like we can make you something. I ended up going next door and got something way better than there awful cold cut sandwiches. The other thing was I asked for cheese fries and they give you fries with a cold cup of nacho cheese. How am I gonna dip my warm fries in cold cheese. Just terrible!! Honesty I've given them so many tries and every time there's a problem. And please don't get me started on there pricing. It's very over priced for very low quality food. Rather get a $4.00 sandwich next door where things...
