The new ownership really knows what they are doing. Food is fantastic and service is incredible. Here is how my situation played out and why I'm leaving a review.
-There were 4 of us and we ordered during a lunch rush. 3 of us got our food at the same time, my mom didn't receive her meal.
-The waitress noticed the issue, and acknowledged that her meal wasn't there but would bring it out shortly.
-2 minutes later the owner came out and personally delivered her meal, he apologized for the delay, he was very kind and offered an ice cream or a shake for the hassle.
-as we were leaving the owner approached once again to apologize and this time offered a gift card and said that "next time, lunch is on him"
-We aren't the kind of people to be really bothered by a 2 minute delay, I know that some people would think it's the end of the world. But here was our take away and quite frankly the main reason that this business will be very successful. (If you make a mistake, acknowledge it and apologize. The owner did this. Make the customer happy. He did this as well. And offer to fix the mistake. He did this as well...twice.)
We didn't take the card because we don't think a 2 minute delay affected the experience. The flavor of the food and the friendly atmosphere is what is will be remembered about our experience.
Very high praise to the owner and the staff for being a breath of fresh air. Best of luck,...
Read moreI had the Pork Tenderloin sandwich with all the fixins. It was in one of the small baskets which made it impossible to eat. Half the sandwich ended up on the table. This item should go on a plate so you can cut it in half as it is huge. One of the better Tenderloins I have consumed lately. They really need to figure out their fly problem. the entire meal we were getting dived bomb by several flies.
Wife ordered the mediterranean flatbread on the menu. The person taking our order could not find it on her screen and had to bring a person in from the kitchen to be told that they no longer carry that item. You might want to cover it up...
